Will not be returning at all until something changes... After several orders not containing straws, sauces, and napkins, I had... the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant. The building is now full of what seem to be college kids who have no ideawhat they are doing, and aren't very polite face to face. I ordered and then proceeded to try and pay for my order, and theytold me I couldn't pay for it. Why I don't know, but they told me they couldn't touch my phone or move the reader, and theyhandle cash and change all day. Money is covered with more germs than probably anything else used day to day so this makes nosense at all. It's 2022 and my phone is my debit card, and if I'm refused to be able to pay for my food then I will not becoming back. Read more

DANG Good Food...! Best Wendy's Ive had in the US but Bless it if They arn't Totally understaffed.. I Don't mind the wait, but... I see folks from the drive-thru comin in Yellin at the staff.. makin All kindsa noise and that's just Not Right .. People inKansas in sucha Hurry all the time and you Don't even Realize How Good ya got it.. The Food at Wendys here is GOOD! Everybodywas KIND to Us, and spoke good English, and we got Exactly what we ordered.. the Fries Fresh Everything... Try Eating inFlorida and you might order Chicken and get Fish!! or Mississippi where they see you comin & Lock the Door in your Face!! Itwas soo nice fora change to get Exactly what we Ordered and they wern't outa lemonaid ... Thankyou!! Love You!! Its been SOOLONG since I had that Lemonaid & you all made my day! I love to come here for their summer salad and drink options. This was a strawberry, grilled chicken salad with candied almond... slices with a light vinaigrette. So delicious! I'm going to have to try to recreate this salad to have at home. Read more

Upon first arriving at the Wendy's in Pittsburg Kansas there was a line of vehicles wrapped around the building so I went inside... to order thinking it may be quicker. I couldn't have been more wrong. when I walked inside there were two other people in frontof me we all stood there for a good 5 minutes before I finally realized no one had been helped and no one was coming up front.Only after I spoke up to the employees behind the counter who were trying to stay out of view of the front did someone finallycome up. And they were all laughing while she walked up like it was a joke to see how long they could make us wait or something.Then after I finally got to place my order which I was very specific about because I was reading it directly from a textmessage. After realizing they messed a sandwich. I told the first employee I could grab the attention of that I needed asandwich remade. Her name was Abby (The manager) she did not identify herself as the manager she simply tried to pass the buckon to someone else. Well that someone else was the woman who was in charge of making the sandwiches and she started to arguethat she made it correctly and didn't do anything wrong. Not sure why she felt the need to argue about it but I did offer toshow her the incorrectly made sandwich as well. I then asked who the manager was and only then did Abby identify that she was infact the manager. After asking if there was some sort of problem with remaking it she looked very annoyed and said no I willmake it right now. After making the sandwich and bringing it to me I informed her of how displeased I was with the wholeexperience and why and that I would most likely be running this up the ladder she turned to the employee that took my orderoriginally and said "if I get in trouble you're fired" or something to that effect because I didn't catch the very end part butthe employee exited the door from the kitchen to the lobby and went straight to the bathroom with tears in her eye Read more
Love their burgers, fries are a little too salty, but overall good place to eat. Good customer service.
