IHOP Pittsburg needs to hire more cook to keep pace with the order. I placed a phone order gave them 20 minutes as they said... they were busy only to wait another 30 minutes for the food to be cooked when i got there and another 10 minutes because thepancakes and toast were left out or not included upon handing my bag of orders. I've tried this place about 5 times in the last three months. Disappointed each time. Eggs aren't cooked right and are usually... cold. Forget the sausage, it's always burnt, and the kicker... they made the pancakes taste bad. How does that happen? Serviceis usually lackluster even though I always tip well. I had pre ordered some food from Dennys (across the street) well they've gotten to where they don't do pre orders they wait till... you get there to make your order! I thought if I wanted to sit here then id just come here & eat ! So I asked for my money back-they were quite rude & indignant about it! As i wS leaving i noticed the Waffle House across the street. So, I drove over & hadbreakfast- my waitress was wonderful, efficient, attentitive & pleasant ! They all work really well together & the night life inthat area is entertaining ! Toast was cold to where the butter couldn't even melt. Sweet tea needed more "sweet". Wanted a warm meal. Got a semi-warm one.
