I had an mobile app order for myself and coworkers. I never have felt the way I did picking up an online order. The waitress was... very mad because I didn?t tip for an online order. She saw that I didn?t tip and She grabbed her keys and the receipt that I hadsigned off the counter very mad after she saw that I didn?t leave a tip and walked off mad. I have never tipped an online order.Didn?t understand why she would be so upset and there was no reason to be that way. I think if I was dine in that?s different.I?m Not a rude person at all. Our waitress was excellent in providing customer service, the food great and I lovd that the bathroom was cleaned. However, the... place was crowded and we had wait 30 minutes for a table. Also the dining area we seated in could have definitely used a bit ofpan and brooming which would leave me to believe the rest of the place needed it too. Read more

Spent $88 on two people, but we went in with intent to spend some extra money. Had two large margaritas, two meals, added two... orders of wings, an order of queso, and a brownie bite. Usually Applebee's is on point, but our meal was just kind of weird. Ourmashed potatoes almost tasted like seafood, my steak tasted like it had no seasoning or flavor, and my husband wasn't thrilledwith his chicken and shrimp. Great location and lots of parking. Service was good, waitress was nice and very attentive to our needs. Ordered some drinks and... had to return one that was a bit different in taste. Artichoke dip and chips was awesome as well as our BBQ ribs and pasta maincourses. Only reason wasn't given a 5 star rating was the time it took to get our order and the delivery of it. Read more

A++++++ service. Compared to the last visit at another location, this was perfect. They had the onion rings. The waitress... (LYNNE S.) explained to us the other location substituted something and didn't tell us. Onion rings = life. So good. Sogood....so good. Cole slaw was perfectly crunchy and the right amount of dressing. Broccoli was perfect after some salt andpepper. And then the salmon. Omgosh. I am shocked to say this but this place can cook salmon. It's been one of my favoriteplaces to get it. Definitely not overcooked and dry like I've had elsewhere. A neighbor pub. That's what it feels like inthere. I love the vibe. I say it every visit, Applebee's has that feeling to me. Some more than others but always that,relaxed...little town bar feeling. Maybe it's the lighting? The colors? The furniture? All 3 and more?
