My food was cooked just the way I wanted. My server, Noah, was sweet and kind. And then..of course..I had switched purses and... wouldn't you know? My wallet was in the other purse at home. The manager, Becky, was so understanding. She didn't make me feelbadly at all. Said we would work it on the honor system and to call or come back when I got home to pay. I love Applebees I eat Applebees like once a month. I tried Uber eats delivery for my Applebees tonight and I was seriously... disappointed I got the hot Cheeto wings and they have regular Cheetos on them and they are just gross and stale. I didn?t get myranch or my celery either. Read more

We went on a busy Saturday night and sat at the bar. The bartenders were good. We tried The Dracula Juice. It was ok. I liked... the red sangria better, but that's just me. The food was delicious but took a while to get out. The couple next to us was a lotof fun, and we stayed about 20 minutes longer than originally planned. All in all, a good experience. Read more

Tonight a few friends and I came in for some late night apps and a few drinks. Our waitress, Kim, made the entire experience... seriously amazing. She was extremely kind, offered great recommendations regarding the menu, and made our entire night. There was a 20 minute wait for a table but the service and food was really good. They are short handed on the wait staff due to... the pandemic. But food came out promptly and did not have to wait very long. No more than usual at another regular sized staffrestaurant. Great job! Read more

This is the least busy Applebee?s we?ve ever been to. We?ve come here twice, the second time on a Saturday night, and it was... maybe half full. My girlfriend got the sunset mana rita and liked it a lot, like a lot a lot, like she got two. We ordered theappetizer combo and the loaded cheese waffle fries. Let me tell you - those fries do NOT disappoint. The food arrived probablyless than 10mins after we ordered it. It was literally one appetizer and an appetizer combo but honestly it looked and kind offelt like 2+ meals worth of food. We had Sky as our server. This is my favorite Applebee's in the Pittsburgh area. The booths by the huge windows, it's so so so fun to watch the road... below. The view is prime for a restaurant on a hill. I love it. Even if it's just Greentree Rd, it's a great seat to have. Myboyfriend and I tried this location before but they were always out of the onion rings, AT NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN!! So, we neveractually got to sit down and eat here. Our waitress, Kayleen C. was so great. Apologized for things that were totally out ofher control. Always checking up on us. She said Monday's were never this busy!! She was great. We'd totally all to be seatedin her section again. I couldn't decide if I wanted my normal salmon of the Tex Mex Shrimp Bowl. She recommended the bowl andmy gosh it was AMAZING. It will be what I order from now on. The kick of cilantro, I haven't had that in a long time. A goodbit of shrimp in the meal too!!!
