There were very few patrons. Service was terrible. While we were seated right away, we had a 10 min. Wait before a waiter/server... addressed us. You could hear a lot of noise from the kitchen (sounded like a party). The waiter barely acted like she couldbarely be bothered. But the convos and loud talk from the back and across the restaurant was unprofessional. My food came outfast enough, but chicken was chewy and inedible. They are extremely understaffed and the food was atrocious. First had to wait 30 mins to get our order taken. Mozarella sticks... arrive after 10mins, they were the saving grace. Next waited for 30 mins and entrees arrived - cold! had to send them back andwaited another 15 mins to get them back. Now, the top sirloin was burnt (ordered medium), and the fries with the burger weredouble dipped and burnt. Couldn't even eat the steak and had to ask for a refund. We ordered Spinach and Artichoke dip which the chips were very salty. The waitress then confirmed that these are not the... original chips that comes with the dip, that they ran out of the original chips and had to buy these from the local grocerystore. I?m sorry I don?t have a better picture of the Strawberry chicken salad as I started chowing in before I took the pic,lol. Salad was tasty, the dressing was a little citrusy(if that?s a word). Overall it was good. We also ordered the DoubleCrunch bone in garlic parm wings. This was the best item we had. Wings were cooked perfect. Ordered for for pickup first over the phone I was told it would be 40 minutes. Well we got there the food still wasn't done for... an hour after waiting. Get home food is missing my daughter well done steak was pink on the inside. The spinach dip was hard ontop. Just horrible service and food this time.
