Love it here! ???? amazing selections and delicious food ???? I usually order pick up or delivery. It gets crowded on the... weekends and can be impossible to find seating ????? at least last weekend was like that? As far as my most recent order, mybroccoli was mushy and over cooked. TYSM everything was spectacular! Check out the fish and chips! Perfectly crisp and fried with no grease being sent home with me... ???????? It?s the little things really! The donuts should come with an addiction warning because they are beyond DELICIOUS!.Served warm they literally melt in your mouth! Let me tell you, I've been to over 100 Applebee's over the past number of years, without a doubt, this was the best French Onion... Soup I've ever eaten at an Applebee's, very favorable, it tasted delicious. The Chef did a great job on the French Onion soup. I also had the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, which was so delicious. Service was awesome and got my order correct and cookedto perfection. The bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of parking around the building. I will definitely eat here again, whenI'm in the area. The food is alright, nothing special, the best thing for me it was the appetizer platter with those delicious quesadillas and... the French fries from my boyfriends quesadilla burger, the lemonade was of course artificial taste. Our waiter messed it uppretty much our entire order, so we waited around 30/40 minutes to get the wrong food :/ and another 10 minutes to get what Iactually wanted, in the end he fixed our order but he wouldn?t know that he got us what we didn?t order if we didn?t brought itup to his attention. Ordered curbside pickup. Overall, food was really good. I think the curbside experience should be improved. It?s kinda... frustrating dealing with ppl that are seemingly working on their own terms not necessarily customer service oriented. When Iarrived, I parked in the designated curbside pickup area and called to inform that I had arrived (there was nothing to click onto alert of arrival as mentioned in email). The person that answered the phone seemed bitter, busy and unavailable to speak tocustomers. There was a girl (employee) at another car talking to that party (also curbside pickup parking area) when I arrived.The girl went inside (after a while) and came out with their food and chatted a little more with them. I understand a casualconversation (enjoy ur meal, everything?s in the bag, have a great day) but not a full LONG conversation while other ppl arewaiting. Give me my ? food so I can go? I passed many restaurants to come here, it was a choice. I?d like to continue choosingthis location. She finally came over to my vehicle and asked my name (which I gave her). Darn, didn?t I call and give that infowhen I arrived? Was that not communicated to her? Anyway, she brought the food out and quickly walked away. I gather that shedoesn?t casually thank the customers and WAS actually having a conversation with the other car as we waited for her to wrap itup. The kids meal (chicken Alfredo) had a great taste to it. The recipient said ?I give it a zero because the chicken is sosmall.? I?m just the messenger. I thought it was appropriate for toddlers. The Mac n cheese seems to be different (worst) frommy previous orders however, this was a kids meal and it was received with love.The wonton tacos and neighborhood beef nachoswere perfect and tasted as it looked (good).
