Called twice, no one picked up. Drove up to the drive-thru speaker/menu, was told this establishment was an "Online Order Only"... and had to leave without getting our Arby's. Quality of service/employees severely lacking, never again will we bring our moneyto this particular landfill. Read more
Super gross inside. Arrived shortly after opening and the tables were sticky and gross, the condiment bar had old sediment, and... the trash was overflowing from the previous day. The main dining room was unavailable due to random boxes being stacked on everytable and the dining area by the counter was encrusted with the filth of previous diners. I honestly felt wrong for eating here;I've been through the drive through multiple times but never again. I'm really not sure how they pass the county healthinspection. Read more
Wow where to begin a coworker and myself visited after a hard 3/4 day at work. We were expecting your average maybe less than... average fast food experience as the building is a little run down. Then the store manager according to his name tag which Ican't remember his name takes our order which is large and full of requests. The food is delivered within minutes of orderingand we find a seat alone in the restaurant for we are kind of obnoxious. We both begin to eat because we were very hungry. Wehave been working for the past 6 hours after waking up and not eaten yet. We both agree that every item we have gotten wasreally really good. The bread was fresh, the meats were delicious, the fries hot and crispy. The service was great the food wasunbelievably good. This Arby's by far is the best I've ever been to. ???? Read more
It's a pretty old building facade (which I assume is on purpose), and it's really difficult to get to from the inbound city... lanes unless you know what you're doing. The food has always been good, but given that it's only really accessible to half thetraffic, a 3-star rating is appropriate. Read more
I just came here at 8:00 on a wed and sat at the order screen for 5 minutes. Drove up to the window with no answer opened the... little window and said hello and the guy with the microphone on jumped up from lounging in the booths to then run around theregister to say that sorry bro we?re closed we gotta cook something. Then proceeded to say they would be open back up in 15minutes. All the lights were on and there was 1 singular customer in the restaurant who looked extra comfortable. The sign in the window says "Dining Room Open", but the front door is locked. Saturday, July 23rd, 12:45. I went somewhere... else... Edit, in response to "the owner": No, you weren't closed. Gm is highly rude. My brother is on a special diet and brought in a drink he can actually drink and the gm asked us to leave... because he wasn?t allowed to have an outside drink. Plus he gave attitude when he took our order. Hospitality here is horrid.Didn?t even offer us a bag after he kicked us out. Read more
