We order from here at least once a week. The staff is so nice, polite, and patient EVERY TIME I call. Everything I or anyone... else Ive talked to that orders here love the food. I am giving them a full 5 even though every once in a blue moon somethinggets over cooked but they are willing to fix the problem the next time. Did I mention their customer service is so nice, thatwhat makes up for an over cooked pizza here and there not the end of the world. Keep up the great work guys! Read more

I wanted to try a new place for pizza and everyone was recommending Bella Monte. I?m pregnant and a lot of places are not opened... late especially on a weekday. My husband went there last night to try them out and he went 15 mins before they closed. Theemployees were very nice still made us pizza and gave him cookies for me! The pizza was amazing and we will definitely be goingback! Thank you to the staff and the manager who were so nice and didn?t turn us away even though they were closing! Ordered a dozen buffalo wings, online price is 12.99. On the paper menu it's 12.99 but when I get there to pay, they are 17.99... to which they said the 12.99 is the old price. Very deceptive marketing practices. Wings are good tho just not 17.98 for 12good. Read more
We ordered the hungry man special! Everything is so delicious..we ordered garlic parmesan wings.. the Italian hoagie and cheese... pizza..and the delivery man was supposed to call when he arrived so I could meet him in the lobby downstairs but he came up toour room on his own which was nice of him. Were just visiting Pittsburgh but would definitely eat here again. And the lady whotook our phone order was super friendly and we talked about other things while my order went through. And also the delivery wassuper quick.. even though they had a few orders ahead us we are super pleased all around with this place..And this was our firsttime trying there food. Read more
I ordered @ 9:02pm a large pepperoni pizza with a side a garlic sauce and a 2ltr Pepsi when the pizza was delivered @10:50pm the... pizza was ice cold and there was no pizza sauce so I called and asked to speak to a manager he was very rude and unbeknownst tohandle customer service was talking over me didn't want to hear what I had to say... I told him I don't have any food for mychildren and this wasn't what I had ordered and he told me he has 6 children feed it to them as if my children would eatanything I've never had such horrible customer service in my life smh... Been ordering from them for a little over a month. And every time the orders just get more disappointing. Todays order, a cold... small steak pizza. Not cut. Pizza is mostly bread. I called back, the guy has me send photos to his phone. He said, that he seesnothing wrong with my pizza. He said he will send some one out with a knife. He said that they will not replace my pizza.
