This place has some of the best wings and customer service! I really enjoyed my first experience here dining in the place is... small but clean and well organized. I tried the red hot wings extra crispy along with onion rings which was really good w/ thesauce. I'll be back again to get more wings and to try a different flavor.. the owner mentioned they have over 200 flavors tochose from so I'm looking forward to trying something new! Read more

HAHAHA if i could give this less than 1 star, I would. Buckle in, folks. Here?s a story for ya. I have refrained from ordering... from this location for a while due to poor service in the past. A few weeks ago, I noticed that the BSB Southside Facebook pagemade a post about being under new management. I decided to try it out with hope that I would get better service. How naive ofme. My order was placed shortly after 6:00pm and the confirmation email said the ETA for delivery would be between 7:00pm and7:05pm. Okay, fine. It?s a Sunday and there?s football games all day. It?s probably busy. Until 7:20pm rolls around and I callthe restaurant. They explained that all of the online orders are ?on the road and are on their way.? Oooookay? Now it?s 7:45pm.I?m getting irritated. I waited until 7:55pm to decide to go put my shoes on and drive down to the restaurant to, as the kidswould say, ?pull a Karen.? To the restaurant?s luck the delivery driver showed up 3 minutes after this decision. I tore open thebox and our wings were like warm at best and soggy. I have no idea how long they were in the deliver drivers vehicle, but itwasn?t the 10 minutes it would have taken for me to just pick them up. My mistake. I sincerely hope this ?new management? seesthis review and does what they will with it. Make changes. Print this out and hang it in your store. I honestly don?t care. Eat at literally any other location or just go somewhere else. I like BSB especially the Kennedy location but the south side one... is terrible. It always takes forever and I just ordered off Door Dash and they told the driver they didn?t get the order. Thedriver showed them the receipt and they still said since they didn?t have a receipt they wouldn?t make the order. Which I gethappens but they were so rude to the driver and I could hear them giving him attitude and being really rude. I?ve been ordering wings from BSB since the day they opened many moons ago. They were sooo good and fresh and I bragged all the... time about where to get the best wings. Over the past few years however the quality of the wings has been in a steady decline.They are never done the same way . Recipe is different. Old fry grease. Overcooked and drowning in sauce like soup. Chicken issub par. Their prices on the other hand have become exorbitant. I was charged over 20 bucks for a dozen wings . Perfect drinking food. Absolutely unhealthy but delicious. Humongous portions and great quality for drink food! I got the... Frank?s and white after a recommendation and it was incredible. My only criticism is that I wish there was something healthy toorder besides a salad. Otherwise my wife will never let me order from here again. This is an absolute must-try, and worth more than one visit as there are so many different wings to choose from. Tried five... varieties for my first visit with my wife - Montreal, Flaming Flamingo, Thunderlips, Uncle Nick's, and Three Rivers. All of thewings were cooked to perfection - just enough of a crunch without being dried out. No ranch or bleu cheese needed, as the saucesare each super flavorful. Reasonable wait time and super friendly staff. I would strongly recommend stopping at the Southsidelocation as there are a number of local businesses to visit while waiting.
