Man. This is a tough review to write. In short, this location is slipping a lot, and it shows. I'm a huge, HUGE fan of BJ's... Brewhouse ever since I went to my first one in California. I've been to probably a dozen of them across the country and the food& service has always been a notch above most other casual dining places. We've been going to this location since it opened andwe mused if it would be immune to the "Pittsburgh Style" of bad service so many other restaurants. For the past few years it didfine and was no different than other locations. Recently, within the last six months however the location has taken a sharpdownturn. On numerous visits now the wait has been in excess of two hours with barely half of the tables occupied. Yes, I'maware that there's staffing issues everywhere, but part of what makes BJ's special is it's well run and not like otherrestaurants. The food has come out cold or not at all (at least twice appetizers were ordered and not served), we were told "wecan't make pasta" one night, and two of our entrees were both undercooked (rice) and burned (protein). The manager on twooccasions came out, apologized and comped a large portion of the meal, which was appreciated. However, what made BJ's such afavorite of mine was the consistently excellent execution no matter where I went. That's no longer the case. I hope thislocation can turn it around because it's no longer in our rotation due to the long waits and subpar food. Read more

Good gluten free options. The pizza was thin and crispy. It did not taste like a gluten free crust. They even have gluten free... desserts. Large beer selection and friendly service. Read more

In town for work and ordered twice. The night I got in I ordered because it was late and one of the only places still available... in Uber Eats. Food would have probably been good if I got it hot. The driver didn’t follow direction and my dinner sat forclose to 40 minutes before I found it. So, I decided to try it again. Another bad experience. Did not follow directions ononline order. I asked for no tomatoes and what looked like extra. The pizza had a funky taste like the sauce was spoiled. I donot recommend. Read more

First time trying BJ’s for a township fundraiser. We ordered takeout and live about 5 minutes away. The artichoke dip was... cold and the accompanying chips were unsalted and stale. My enlightened spicy chicken noodles were just plain awful. Barelywarm, had clearly been sitting for an extremely long time as the oil already separated in the container, the noodles wereabsolute mush and it had an awful sour taste. Two bites from me and one from my wife to confirm it wasn’t just me and it wentstraight into the trash. My wife had the power bowl with shrimp and found it to be ok. Neither good nor bad. Pretty pricey forthe portion sizes and quality of food that we received. Read more

The bartender was very nice. Food took too long to come out for the restaurant being 20% occupied. Worst boneless buffalo... wings($20) I've ever had, Nashville Hot Sauce. It was frozen chicken nuggets with a paste rubbed on two nuggets and some oil wason the pan. Instead of celery, which they gave to my boss on his plate of wings, they gave me pickles. I asked for celery. Theybrought me a plate of dirty celery that I showed my boss and he was appalled. He picked the restaurant so he paid the bill. Bestthing that we ordered was the Chips & Dip with Chili $3 happy hour. Read more

We ordered take out for 3 adults, got 2 of the orders, so 2 adults shared 1 entree…2 diners share 1 entree and they... couldn’t even be bothered to complete a timely credit when our dinner was ruined? Unacceptable!!! Just not okay… and not thefirst time. We’re good customers, tried to support with many take out orders in the last 2 years when Covid hurt businesses, Iguess the loyalty was not returned? Read more

Give yourself time to dine. Busy place for a Sunday holiday weekend evening. (July 4th) Our server was great however slowed... because of the larger tables & they had plenty of staff on hand. Food was good but I wouldn't say "wow". We both had burgers.(We were not asked for cooking preference & they were served medium. So make sure you specify if you're after somethingelse. For 2 burgers, 1 glass wine & 1 bottled beer our check was $50 BEFORE tip. Read more

Awesome pork chops! My wife loved the rib eye sandwich with pan gravy for dipping. Both go great with BJ's Jeremiah Red ale.... Bliss! Good working crew and happy, noisy crowd. Read more
