I ate at this restaurant on 10/28. I left a $10 tip but the restaurant charged a tip of $104.70. I went to the restaurant and... told the assistant GM the issue. He produced the receipt that validated my claim. He stated he was unable to refund the moneyand was unable to provide a timeline to remedy the situation. He stated someone would reach out to me. I believe this overbilling is nothing less than credit card theft. I would be arrested if I stole $100 from the restaurant. However, when therestaurant stole from me I was told someone would reach out to me. Even more frustrating, I live on a very tight budget and wasat bravo to celebrate. Now I am out almost $100 and I need this money to buy groceries and feed my children. I find this entiresituation completely unacceptable. Read more
We decided to dine at Bravo and take advantage of their 30 for 30 advertised deal. First off, let me just say, that our server... was great. She was very friendly, spot on, and prompt. The entire wait staff seemed very friendly watching their interactionswith other guests. If I were rating just them, it would be 5 stars. However, taking the taste of the food into consideration,it is a 3. We have dined here many times in the past, and the food was great. Today, my wife had the spaghetti pomodoro, and Ihad the fettuccine, I added shrimp to mine as well. She said that hers was to garlicky, and mine was very bland, no tast exceptfor the shrimp. Amy is superb. It’s very clear how much she cares. Anytime I’ve ordered takeout (from anywhere), they consolidate everything... and put your cold items in with the hot. I was truly blown away by the fact that she had enough consideration to separate thehot items from the cold so I didn’t have to eat a soggy salad. Sometimes the smallest of gestures go along way. Not sure what people mean when they say that the quality dropped. I've been here 3 times in 2021, and it's been nothing but... praise. Absolutely delicious Italian cuisine. I love love the bread and oil that comes with each meal. Lunch is a much betterdeal than dinner here. Read more

Been going here for years. Our kids love the cheese pizza and chicken strips here. I usually get the shrimp and lobster... fettuccine but lately I get the salad. Great food and fun place to take the family. Read more
