Bridges and bourbon currently has delicious holiday cocktails and great execution for the specialty cocktails. The ‘twas the... night cocktail was delicious and came out as a small experience. We did have one person at our table wait about 25 minutes forone drink but it was a bit chaotic inside and I believe the waiter forgot. The restaurant decor inside is modern and chic andfeels high class. We will definitely be back! Read more

A good cocktail bar near the waterfront. Prices are steep, as you might expect. Staff are somewhat aloof, but the drinks are... definitely good quality. My recommendation for a one drink stop on a tour of Pittsburgh, but not a place to post up all night ifyou're on a budget. Read more

Great service and amazing drinks. Food was good, but we did order the filet which was difficult to cut even with their steak... knives. Had amazing flavor though! Our food arrived and we tried to order one more order of fries but they said the kitchen justclosed which was disappointing. We also couldn't order dessert for the same reason. Our apps and entrees all came out togetherand we had no idea the kitchen was closing right after it was getting served. Great cocktails !!!! Read more

Great place for drinks! The food was decent, we went with a couple of their appetizers, a few craft cocktails and I went with a... salmon dish with was delicious, perfectly cooked through and not dry in the slightest. A friend of mine ordered the steak. Itwas a bit more overdone than we would have liked, which left a bit of an impression. The staff made a accommodations for that. But all in all, a good place, would definitely come back. The decor and design is tasteful, great for a date night. Really fitsthe space well. Read more

The restaurant is nice and classy and the drinks are yummy but the management was poor. The manager set the tone for our entire... experience. It was one of the first really nice spring days and we were sat by the windows that were wide open. Great table. Myboyfriend moved his chair to sit at a 90’ angle to me instead of across from me so we could both watch people walk by. It was4:10 on Friday, they opened at 4pm. There were 4 other folks in the restaurant. After a few minutes the manager in the blueblazer came over and bent down and said “I’m going to need you to move your chair back around”. It was so uncomfortable. He just was so odd and cold in the delivery. I understand you need to be ADA compliant, but there was no one in there and mindyou, a decent amount of room between his moved chair and the other table to our left. It could have been “hi sir, Iunderstand it’s a beautiful day, you want to enjoy the view of the street, if we start to fill up, I’m gonna need you toturn your seat back around”. It was just a bad taste for the next hour of our experience at Bridges & Bourbon. We drove infrom Detroit to visit Pittsburgh and this was our first spot. I must note the waitress was super sweet and attentive. Also themenus were QR code, please bring back regular menus. I asked for a menu to hold and it was card stock print out of each menustabled together. Didn’t match the price of drinks and ambiance the restaurant was giving off. Also, music was brutal. Forexample, barbie girl was playing. Feels more like a luminaries vibes than barbie girl. Quick manager coaching and new menuscould be a 5 star experience. Read more

Bridges & Bourbon is what I want a bar to be. I love the social aspect of bars, but more than that, I want an experience and it... will give you just that! From dry ice to a drink that comes with literal fire from beginning to end it is something like you'venever experienced from your regular bar. The drinks are spectacular, and the staff is even better. We ordered the stuffed datesand the fries with truffle aioli as well and I did not have a singlular bad bite or drink the entire night. Could not recommendmore! A little on the pricey side, but well worth it! Read more

Bartender Eric was on point. He handled a full bar, a full restaurant and still made time for a conversation with us. We enjoyed... a few of the best bourbon cocktails I've ever had and he really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our date night. Thanks Eric! Read more

The experience in this cocktail bar was awesome. The cocktails all had inventive combinations, delightful presentations, and... some were interactive. If you don't wanna just enjoy cocktails, there are small plates, which are true to that description! Wishthe portions were a smidge larger, especially for the price point, but the quality of the ingredients and the dishes as a wholewere above par. Service was kind, efficient but appeared stretched thin. The atmosphere felt high end and begged me to staylonger. Overall, I'd totally recommend to pay a visit!! Read more
