A paragon of bagelness! Essence of bagel! Properly chewy crust and dense insides - toast up very nicely. Dough isn't... artificially sweetened, light and fluffy like the fake bagels sold in the local supermarkets. Compares very well to famous NYCand Philadelphia bagels.
