Everybody knows its all about wings and sauces. Trust me its more about experience and kind of service they provide. I can... honestly say this location is much better compared to others at Pittsburgh. I visited multiple times and the lady tonight is tookind. Would have given a 5 star but some drink items were out or tasted nasty. Service was an A+ and so was the food.
I tried their new menu item - Bird Dawgs. It's a fried chicken tender on a hot dog bun. It's really good and tastes delicious.... Eating it was slightly difficult and messy as the tender won't fit into the bun but that wasn't a problem. The service was slowon a Monday afternoon otherwise I had a good time. Read more
no cause whoever prepared my order must?ve been dropped on their head HEAVY as a child. paid extra for sauces and got none of... them. the fries may not have even been cooked all the way through and maybe got like 15 tiny worm looking fries i paid EXTRA 5$for. i just wanted some wings and fries on this bad day BUT TWO OF MY WINGS WERE MISSING AS WELL. i guess the extra 10 secondsit takes to put the celery/carrots in my order is a hassle, too. The Cobb Salad is where it?s at! Bring back Buffalo Chips! The potato wedges are good but nothing compares to the buffalo chip.

Overall I enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings. This particular experience wasn't the best. I ordered online, order was ready when I arrived... for the just part. Online it had my lunch combo with a 20oz drink in a bottle. When u got there I was handed a fountain drink,no telling how long it had been sitting with ice melting in it. I asked for the bottle instead and the employee attempted tocharge me for it, after taking the other drink back. Then I had to wait until the drink cooler was unlocked.. no one came.Eventually he went away again and then he came back to open it and gave me my drink. Food was cold by then, didn't taste thebest either. I was probably there for 7-10 minutes when it should've been a pick up and go trip. Read more
