The service was sub par. As seen in the photo, my boyfriends burger came out practically still mooing. He asked for the burger... to be cooked medium with a little pink, and it came out red, raw, and absolutely disgusting! He could not even eat anythingafter as it was so disgusting to even look at. Just raw meat on the dinner table. Ruined the experience, we come here all thetime and will not be returning. Super unfortunate! Read more
The regular burger that my companion had was kind of bland, not much better that any other hamburger. My Elk Gone Wild burger... was very flavorful and spicy. Their burgers have different sauces that are on them, but I could find nowhere on the menu thatdescribes anything about the sauces. This would not be a big problem, but they have a build a burger option. It would be hard tochoose what sauce you want on your burger unless you have had experience with each of the sauces. Read more
The burgers were very good, though they messed up how done our burgers were supposed to be between me and my companion. The... chips I didn't care for they were over cooked and too hard for my tastes. It was pretty quiet when we were there. They havemonitors playing the different ESPN channels over the bar area. Come for the burgers...stay for the shakes!!! Burgatory always delivers on a good burger, whether you want to build your own, or... choose one of their favorites. Multiple types of meat (and non-meat) patties to choose from. Personally, while the burgers arealways solid, the shakes are the showstopper. They give you a wide straw, and you'll need it for all the chunks of goodness. Ifyou are feeling frisky, you can always spike your shake of choice with some booze. Oh and when you order one, they do it rightand you'll get the leftover in the metal mixer cup. Bonus shake! Read more
The seating hostess and the waitress were nice, and they promptly served my husband and me. We ordered a wagyu burger and a... bison burger, and they tasted good, but we thought that the price was a bit high for the quality. The French fries were good. Idid not like the spice and other ingredients in the baked beans. I liked that the restaurant was clean and large and had opendoors for fresh air. Read more

Out of towner trying this place out. I liked the options available for the customizable burgers. I got the Elk burger on the... potato bun with chips, Im Canadian and chips are fries to us. They were out of Elk burgers, so I settled on the bison burger.The potato bun was dry and crumbly, so I just took off the top bun and ate the bottom bun to hold the burger. I didnt realizeit was going to be actual chips, got to try them from my familys plates, but ordered the fries instead. Side plates were dirty3 out of 5 plates had food, grease smears, or hard crispy bits on it. Just used the napkins to eat the onion rings and trufflefries instead. Read more
