Just stopped for a double cheese burger with ketchup only. Went thru drive thru. Got a double burger, without cheese or... ketchup!! So disappointed.... Poor customer service before that. Used to be a favorite stop, doubt I'll ever go back. Yes I know its a fast food restaurant, but as far as BK locations go, this is the best one I've eaten at hands down. Food was... hot and fresh from drive thru, no old grease taste, sandwiches assembled properly with correct amount of condiments (not toomuch or too little) and custom orders were 100% correct. From the hiring signs in the window, this is a franchise store, theowner and BK corporate should both be proud of this location! Read more
