Im from out of town and I love these types of shops and I ALWAYS get any drink I like with no sugar because I absolutely can not... have any. I was question today on why I wanted no sugar and had to explain myself(which has never happened before) I was givenmy smoothie rudely. I tasted very sweet but I ignored it, I get home and I am completely sick to my stomach. In so much paincrying. Definitely NOT worth it if you want a side of attitude served with your drink. Great Boba tea! Their pearls taste so good! I suggest taro flavored milk tea! Tastes like cereal milk
Great variety of drinks and the quality was amazing.
I ordered the matcha latte. There were so many drink choices and I didn?t even know what a few were. On top of that, there were... topping choices that I also had no I idea what they were so I didn?t try any. The store was clean, not busy. I didn?t order anice or sugar level, because I didn?t know it was an option until they were making it. It was $6.00 for a large. I would haverather went to Starbucks and ordered the same thing for less money. I haven?t tried anything else to know if there are betterdrinks. I may or may not be back to try something else. I love matcha and there wasn?t anything wrong with the drink, I justwasn?t wowed and thought it was very expensive. As such, I?m giving it 4 stars for the price factor. Read more
Never a bad experience. The hours of operation doesn't bother me since they're open during peak times, typically. I prefer these... teas and drinks to the typical coffee shop places. This is a large chain on Asian countries so I'm really happy to have thishere in Pittsburgh! Read more

The Asian girl has an attitude towards customers. She almost threw my drinks because there was a mistake and I requested... something else. And that's the second time I go over there and she served me with attitude. Not good for the face the shop. Read more
