Worst Chipotle! This has to be by far the worst fast food place I have ever been to. How does one order a burrito bowl and get... a burrito instead? How do you not include the ingredients asked for? I've been to alot of Chipotles and almost never had a problem but this one is a joke. Definitely go elsewhere. I ordered online... and they were out of almost every ingredient. Black Beans, Pinto Beans, Lettuce, Salsa, Corn, Brown Rice. So the bowls wereessentially just chicken and white rice. I waited in line even though my order was supposed to be done 15 minutes ago and when Igot to the front they told me I had to wait for every single in-person order to be completed before I would be helped. Customerswho walked into the store 10 minutes after I got there were being served while I just had to stand there until I just gave upand left. Almost every time I order online the order is completely wrong and the portion sizes and temperatures are always bad. Online... orders are never on time (usually at least 15 mins late) and the regular inside ordering takes 5 times longer than any chipotleI?ve been to. I understand they might be understaffed but the constant wrong orders and missing items are ridiculous. Read more
The fact that this location still has 3.5 stars is unconscionable. Horrible management. I've been to this Chipotle 5 times or so... throughout my time at Pitt and they have never had fajita veggies in stock, they constantly run out of proteins, even tortillas.The workers are obviously either undercompensated, overworked, or both. Overall poor experience at this branch. Although the customer service was adequate the portion sizes and quality of food was... subpar. I paid 4$ for a shot of queso that was cold. Not to mention they said they had run out of white rice when I arrived, afundamental ingredient that every chipotle should have plenty of stock of.
