WORST CHIPOTLE IN PITTSBURGH BY FAR. They're out of something everytime I go. And definitely don't go before noon, they're never... fully set up even though they open at 1045am. Would give a 0 star if possible. Ordered online waited over 1:30 past when it was to be ready. They were behind then started... making orders that were due after mine. I inquired and they said it what the screen says. I got in the regular line and was thenfinally able to get my order there, needs more staffing and educating employees on how to process orders timely and effectively. Read more

Hardly any rice in my burrito bowl. Corn in it when I did not order it and it was cold when I picked it up 4 minutes after my... scheduled time. Just like the one in Robinson. Always cold. Do you train your employees at all?????? Read more

Don't bother ordering on the app any longer. It is faster to wait in line. Also if you stop by past 6pm they're out of... stuff. Used to love Chipotle but it's not worth it anymore. Read more

Came at 7:15 on a Sunday night (they close at 10pm) to find that they were out of black beans, grilled veggies, and medium... salsa. Prices go up, but portions and options go down. I will be spending my money at other businesses that consistently haveall the ingredients they advertise. Read more

I placed an order online. Went to pick it up the entire staff was so inappropriate. The order was not done, waited patiently... while they told me they were short staffed, Cashier asked if the lady had extra and never charged her, but yet gave FREE extrameat and food to another patron because "they were nice to her and wanted to hook her up" I paid over 30 dollars for my food andit was slapped together. Never again. Please train your employers on customer service and satisfaction. This was deplorable. No,I am not a "Karen" I never complain. I am in leadership and if you have none on the premises that is a major issue. Read more

The poor folks in charge of this location need to shut the doors. I?ve tried it a few times and each time I am amazed at how... many of the main ingredients are missing and the poor the quality of the ones they have. You can feel the stress of the staffthrough the whole experience, and you really can?t blame them from how poorly the whole thing seems to be going. I ordered the salad in the buffet line as usual. Let me tell you this was no salad?there wasn?t even lettuce. They scraped the... bottom of the meat bin and only found burnt scraps (really would?ve been happier with canned chicken). The cheese was bottom ofthe barrel and literally was only a few strings (see below). Guac of course was extra for 1/8th of a mini avocado and over ripetomatoes. Salad dressing for my salad ? I don?t think so. What is this the Ritz Carlton? . Look I get it things are tightlately. But just be transparent when you are out of over half your ingredients, especially when you wait in line for 15 min andpay full price. I?m hungry and I gotta eat. Read more
