I placed a mobile order and was advised it would be ready at 6:30. I arrived a few minutes early and my order wasn't ready yet... but that was no surprise. The line was long to place an order inside and I was glad that I did a mobile order except for thefact that they all ordered, got their food and were leaving long before I had my food. I got my orderb41 minutes after it wassupposed to be ready. Nobody Apologized or even acknowledged that people were there waiting. I keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt. But every time I go, I'm disappointed. The lines are so long and... they only have 1 or 2 people working the counter. It seems like they're always out of things also. I tried to order online tobeat the lines. I got a bowl that looks half full. There were no fajitas, but I ordered extra fajitas. It looks like there'smaybe half a scoop of steak, and the steak is already expensive as it is. And also there is sour cream on part of my bowl thatlooks like they tried to wipe it off after the accidentally scooped it on. I'm lactose intolerant, so I didn't appreciate that.I won't be back. I'll drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to Moe's in south park shops instead. Read more
This place is always and I do mean always the place to get good food when you don't know what you're in the mood for. You may... have to stand in line for a while but it's worth the wait. The counter people are always helpful and friendly. Most people takeout but you can eat in if you like. Go here! Read more

Legitimately the worst Chipotle experience ever. Online orders backed up 30+ minutes, but that's not even the worst part. When... you finally get home to eat, the portion is 1/4 the size it should be and won't fill you up. Don't order a soft drink, becauseyou'll be given a water cup and charged $2.50 for it because they're out of regular size cups. Employees look like they havelead in their shoes with zero sense of urgency. So hit or miss at this location, today mobile ordering was pointless and I wouldhave received my food quicker had I just walked in and ordered. Read more

People waiting at least 45 min for take out orders-out of at least 4 things on food line,workers should be wearing hair... nets,condiments and drinks filthy and no fork or napkins,place is falling apart,took pictures and sending them to corporate inCalifornia.Sad it used to be a good place.
