Do better! i just got the completely wrong order delivered to me. Every time i go to this location it?s something if it?s the... fact that they run out of basic ingredients like cheese, employees having the worst attitude known to the human existence, or ifit?s delivering the wrong orders that you physically can?t eat. this location should be shut down ill stick to moes. This might be the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The first thing I saw when I walked in was an employee having a public... freak out of some sort. She got up and left too. The girl who took our order and made our food was very rude. She slammed thetortilla warmer down, rolled her eyes, claimed that they had no dressing but another employee came and got it from the back).Every chipotle I have ever been to allowed me to get white rice that didn?t have cilantro in it, but the girl literally justsaid ?no you can?t have that?. I?m not exactly sure how you would make cilantro rice without plain white rice to begin with butoh well. Soda machine was broken and lemonades looked like they were sitting there for days. Would?ve been 4 stars; however, the cashier was very rude. She only gave us one of our two orders when they specifically were... placed together, and looked at my boyfriend and said ?I?m not a mind reader.? We really didn?t appreciate the way we weretreated by her, and unfortunately our experience wasn?t the best. Most importantly I didn?t like how rude she was to myboyfriend and the people behind us. I don?t think this chipotle has a competent manager. I can?t understand why this chipotle is always so backed up. I?ve never had... a pick up order be ready on time. They never ever have fajitas which I also can?t make logic of. In fact, I can?t say they?vehad peppers for the past year. I even remember once they had no tops and were using aluminum foil. Don?t even try to orderdelivery because you will pay for a bowl and received half of it because they don?t have the ingredients or don?t care tofulfill the order accurately. There seems to be a real lack in management considering the inventory issues and poor customerservice. Today I had a pick up order scheduled for 1:20. I didn?t arrive until 1:45 and my order still was not ready. Of coursethere is a line of people waiting for pick up orders. So I cancel my pick up order and just get in the line and the line workerjust looked at me to tell him what I wanted. I understand the chaos of working in a poorly managed restaurant but geez I askedhim how he was doing and he didn?t even respond. I?m over this location and it?s dirty!!! Some advice: get some betteremployees. The KIDS y?all have working do not have the work ethic to handle the downtown crowd. Stop taking catering ordersduring lunch. This Chipotle provided an extremely unsatisfying experience. The customer service was extremely poor - every employee except one... was either entirely disaffected or completely overwhelmed. My cashier walked away in the middle of the transaction and neverreturned; another employee had to finish ringing me out. The location seemed to be completely out of almost everything - therewere no chips, agua frescas, or utensils available, or the advertised specials. The employees behind the counter refused to makequesadillas or sell bottled water, and barely communicated with me or my friends when ordering. Nearly every surface in thelocation was dirty, covered in food crumbs, and desperately in need of attention. The server who rolled up my burrito rubbed itagainst his T-shirt while trying to close it, with limited success. The food itself was truly terrible. I ordered a barbacoaburrito with white rice, cheese, and lettuce, and the barbacoa looked as though it had been sitting in the metal container allday, from the various levels of burn marks on the side. The meat itself was reduced almost to a powder, unrecogniseable asbarbacoa, with the appearance instead of a brown, lumpy sludge. The cooking liquid was somehow both overwhelmingly greasy andnoticeably watery, with a bitter aftertaste. The rice was very obviously undercooked, and both crumbled and crunched. Given thetwenty-minute wait for an extremely dissatisfying meal, I will be contacting this location to request a refund, a step I havenever considered taking before. However, I have never been physically unable to finish a Chipotle burrito before. I do notrecommend this establishment, in the strongest of terms. I love Chipotle the chain, and the food culture it represents, and thiswas not representative in any way of what Chipotle aims to be. Ordered via UberEats. Absolutely every item was either wrong, or completely missing. Food was cold, even though the driver... delivered to us quickly, indicating the food was already cold at pickup. This is not the first incomplete order delivery we'vegotten from this place, but today's mixups we're beyond the pale. Won't ever trust ordering from here again. Read more

Do NOT order pickup from this location. I waited for nearly 15 minutes, after showing up for my scheduled time to pick up my... food. No one on the front production line was helping the pickup order back kitchen. No one was going through the front line. Sowhy are you letting the back kitchen get backed up? There were about 7 other people there waiting with me. Workers did not havea sense or urgency to get the orders out and they usually don?t. No one apologized for the delay. Many people asked why none ofthe orders were coming out. It was like this pre-COVID, too. I?ve been visiting this location on and off for the last 3 yearsand I?m always disappointed. Your pickup order will probably wrong and rushed and sloppy. I got guacamole on the side and mostof the cup was filled with about 1/3 of an uncut avocado. See the photo, it looks small, but it isn?t, it took up almost theentire cup. Such sloppy quality. Once you?re given your food, no one thanks you for your patience. It?s unacceptable that therecan be 7-9 orders total they?re trying to get out and everyone is standing around with no explanation and it?s always like this.Go to Moe?s across the street. UPDATE: Still just as awful as when this was written. Ordered pickup and waited 28 minutes aftermy scheduled pickup time. I left when about 4 people were all yelling at each other because everyone in there was so hostilefrom long wait times in the line and for pickup. Honestly, I don?t know why I keep ordering from here. Ordered Uber Eats, paid $23. This is what arrived. No sour cream, no... lettuce, no salsa. Previous orders were also very skinny on the fillings and you still pay $20+. Read more
