Listed as opening at 10a, someone was there doing morning prep but it actually opens at 11a. Apparently no part of the hour prep... involved actually making food though, because they were out of everything except the regular cinnamon rolls. Friday, Nov. 13, 2020: I went to Cinnabon at Robinson Mall for first time. My experience could not have been nicer. A young... brunette gal waited on me immediately. She filled my order and offered "sides" and was 100% cordial. The service and theserver could not be better. I was not expecting "this" after reading previous reviews. They ONLY lose one star because I was handed my cookie thing upside down (it was in a wrapper thing upside down and she handed... me a separate bag and extraicing which I asked for and I also got charged a bit to much for it actually) and the cookieimmediately fell and crumbled completely after I turned to walk away and they were busy and I?m not one to bother with stuff.Not like it was super expensive. So I did walk around with out saying anything. Anyway I LOVE Cinnabon and this is the closestone I have to me. They have always been delicious from here so no complaints. Customer service isn?t always the best but I don?tcare as long as no one is rude. I know it?s hard to keep staffed at places like this and Dunkin? Donuts and such. So, keeppumping out those awesome sweets and start handing them so they can?t fall apart and crumble to the ground. Cheers. I?ll beback and maybe update this to give it the five stars it should have. This place doesn?t even deserve a star!!! Staff was rude. We got cinnastix and I asked for some dipping cream and the guy told... me no one ever asked for that and they normally don?t have it which I know was a lie!! WOW! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF I'VE LITERALLY EVER ENCOUNTERED. I've never interacted with an Auntie Ann or Cinnabon... employee that was so disgustingly rude. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before saying 'excuse me' to grab herattention. Even after which she continued to ignore me. Finally another customer got her attention to ask a question, and heoffered for me to be serviced first. The employee stated she wasn't suppose to help me bc I was at the Cinnabon counter versusthe Auntie Ann counter, and proceeded to help him first. Then she huffed, and annoyingly came to take my order. Threw my orderinto a bag, and then started complaining and cursing to her coworker. I'll never shop here again, which is a shame bc I wasextremely excited about this Cinnabon opening up. Read more
