But, I called to order a birthday cake with specific writing on it, I went to pick... it up the next day, young man spent 15 minutes looking for it only to discover the order form laying at the decorator's area. As I read through the review, I had to laugh. For over five years, there have been reviews of this location closing early,... contrary to published hours. Comments from "the DQ Fan Team" are comical since this is a problem they have not fixed. Fiveyears DQ owner, and it's still a common problem? Seriously? I only live a few minutes away, and you never really know ifthey'll be open when they are supposed to be. So we just quit trying. Save yourself the hassle and go to Scoops on Beverly. Theywill be open the hours they publish. Read more

First let me start by telling you that I've never been to an unprofessional establishment like this with the way they treated... me. I'd also like to add that if I could give them zero stars I would. I went there with my little boy. He was looking at themenu as I stood back and waited for him the choose. Then a 16-year-old girl comes out from the back and says" ma'am you and yourdog need to leave" not once does she ask me if my dogs a service dog, She wasn't polite and saying could you please leave,nothing like that. I'd also like to add that she said" this is a restaurant you can't be in here." So I said oh, but my dog is aservice dog. In front of five other customers she rolls her eyes and says' Yeah right". At this point I pull out proof which isnot necessary at any other establishment I've ever been to. Any other establishment! I cannot stress that enough! I am filing acomplaint and my son and I are never going there again. Which is really sad because that's right down the street from our houseand we were there all the time. Lot of the other workers knew me. My son and I would go there once a week. Such a shame to treatpeople with a disability and people in general so badly very disappointed in dairy Queen's choice in hiring. I forgot to mentionwe didn't end up ordering anything and my son left there in tears. She ruined our evening and there were no other shops open toget him ice cream. Read more
Hands down my favorite DQ. The customer service is always great. My favorite cake decorator of all time, Cara works here. She's... imaginative and delivers us the most awesome designs n art. I never want to eat what she does. Lol! Read more
5 stars for the Blizzard. Try the new Sugar Cookie Blizzard!!!! I've said it for 2 years now that they need a Sugar Cookie one... .... FINALLY!!! PLEASE PLEASE KEEP IT!!!! I am not an ice cream fan at all but this is perfection. But because this isn't aproduct review.... 2 Stars for staff. Just snooty. Doors are closed when it says they should be open.
