Ordered from this domino's 2x now and both times they were either missing an item or got the order completely wrong.
Just got my order and my pizza is cold and they will not do anything if i get sick i am takeing them to court

First, I ordered my food at 6:45, it do not arrive until close to 7:15. My food was cold. And I ordered both my pizzas with... Alfredo sauce and my pizza was very dry as if they store ran out of sauce. Read more
So,I ordered curbside and it was way past the 2 minutes and I inquired about the free pizza. The lady that brought out my pizza... and other items didn't know the answer to my question. .. She went back in and ask the manager and he stuck his out the door andshook his head at me to address the issue. ..I received my order approximately 10 minutes after the whole under 2 minutespromise ( where you get a free 2-toppings med pizza ) . The timer was stopped 26 seconds before it was to expire and I don'tunderstand why this store didn't honor this. .. I won't be spending my $$$ here at this establishment again. .. You couldn'taddress the issue professionally! !! You can test the waters of if you want, but do it at your own risk! !! I don't recommend itthough! !! Read more
Delivery driver didn't follow our delivery instructions at all. Part of our order was missing and when I called, the person on... the phone was very rude, not apologetic at all, and said they had no idea when they'd be able to bring it because they were busywith other orders. They'd said it would come eventually LOL. It's been 4 hours since the first half of our order was deliveredso I'm assuming it's not coming. What a joke. Read more
Soggiest pizza ever, why is it so greasy ? I order all the time from the brentwood location and no problems ever. You guys doing... something different on this side of town . I don't understand what happened to quality control at 119 N Sheridan ave 15206.Please donot serve this kind of pizza to anybody else. Read more
Ordered a late night pizza and walked over from the hotel to find the pizza was coming out of the oven perfectly and very nice... customer service! Read more
