Delivery quoted at 57 minutes, which was bad enough. But the order arrived a full hour later than that. According to their... tracker, the order wasn't even prepared for over an hour, so this wasn't a delivery delay. 2 hours for a pizza is a big fail. Read more
I try to order every once in a while. It takes like 2 hours usually. Mama meatballs or veltres if they are open. Caseys in... turtle creek is good too. It's super frustrating trying to communicate or get reimbursed at this dominos. Just eat stuff out ofur freezer. Read more
I ordered pizza at 4:45. It didn't show up for two hours. Nobody picked up a phone when I tried to call about it. I was on a... date night with my wife, and we ordered the pizza for my kids and in-laws. The store gave no updates. My wife and I paused ourdate night to actually show up at the store to see what was going on. Instead of being understanding and apologetic, they toldme it was just part of ordering food and they don't have enough drivers. Fine! I understand! the only positive thing that came out of this was a speedy delivery. the total for (2) 6? sandwiches was $21.37 + a $4.27... tip!-(not to mention a $3.99 delivery fee that the drivers don?t receive)-which to me is absurd. we did not even get the 20%discount that domino?s advertised. the sandwiches were mediocre at best. we will not order again and hope you all do not either.so basically, $25 for a 12? hoagie. what a rip! you all should be ashamed of yourselves! The pizza was normally pretty good but for some odd reason it was missing a little flavor it was a little lame this time around... to be totally honest only reason I gave it a four-star rating is because they reduced their hours, they close at 8:00 p.m. Iwork everyday and a lot of these restaurants close up in between 7:00 and 10:00 at night and there's nowhere to go eat when youget off of work at 11:00 at night and how many days do you want to eat Taco Bell. The manager here is sooo professional and kind. They have trained the staff with top notch customer service. It?s great! There... were a few times I?ve checked in on the app for car side delivery and the 2 minute timer expired-I got a free pizza each time?.I didn?t mind I guess. Who doesn?t like free pizza? Lol.. When they come to the car to deliver my order, those 30 seconds thatthe workers speak, is always pleasant. Friendly and outgoing personalities, even for a few seconds is refreshing.
