placed my delivery order at 7:45pm and didn't receive my order until 12:30am. a driver first delivered the wrong food and when... he picked it up i thought i was gonna get my order. i spoke to 4 different people on the phone, had my order remade twice, and 3different "delivery attempts" which never actually happened. normally, when there's an issue it has been rectified prettyquickly, but tonight was ridiculous considering i got the wrong delivery within an hour of me placing my order and thenproceeded to wait another 2.5 for my actual food. they tried to tell me that they had my address wrong, and then that it wassupposedly "delivered." a nightmare for pretty mediocre pizza Read more
This business is run by a shyster. Our order arrived partially and two pizzas were missing. The delivery guy said he'd be right... back with them. My sister called and just asked for a refund or at least a partial refund for the pizzas we didn't get andmanagement refused because we had eaten part of our order and the rest was "on the way" (in limbo). They also still dropped offthe rest of the pizzas when we told them to just refund us and not deliver the rest of the order. We received the rest of theorder almost 2 hours after the first delivery. They were barely warm and one of them almost looked like a raw pizza with meltedcheese on it. Read more
Ordered some pizza, then the delivery driver either forgot or was a conspirator in a plot to ruin my night. After someone... neglected to give us two of our pizzas, the person answering the phone to see if those pizzas had any intention of beingdelivered was baked out of their entire mind. They answered with a "hey" and when I asked "are my pizzas on the way? " theyreplied with a "probably". I called 4 times total within two hours. 3 of those times they told me the person was 5 minutes away.The 4th time he was 10 minutes away. Needless to say we asked for our money back, which was like pulling teeth in that Tom hanksmovie on the island. The manager was very unprofessional and we eventually ended up with two, cold, also undercooked pizzaswhich he would not refund even after 2 hours. Maybe just drive an hour away to some other dominoes, or maybe even a rite aid toget food next time you're looking for something cheap and fast. Not this place. Read more
I received a delivery where the pizza box was crushed against the pizza and the toppings were stuck to the cardboard. I called... and explained and they sent a replacement pizza over after a while. I?ve had pretty solid service other than this one time, andI can?t complain about a quick replacement pizza with no real hassle on my part. Probably the best fast food choice I?ve comeacross in Pittsburgh so far for the money. Read more
Deserves less than one star.. for some reason they lied and said they don't deliver to my address.. which is crazy since I have... at least 2 year history of ordering from exact location.. to my home.. also called around to a few other ones... The one oncentre Avenue hung up on me... Almost like they all are against delivering food to my home... This is not cool! My children lovepizza!! Unacceptable! This place no longer rocks, over a simple thing. They forgot my sauces regularly, I normally don't complain, but Tonight I... decided to ask them to deliver them, and add extra, and was gonna tip again for the delivery, but I after waiting an hour and ahalf I was told they are not going to bring them. I shave spent thousands at this store and always, ALWAYS tip, well. You havelost a loyal customer today, your management and employees never keep their word and have never made a single mistake right, Iwas already supposed to have free sauces with my next order six times and have never gotten them, even when I call it in, sothanks for ruining a good thing for both of us, over a sauce and icing. Domino?s isn?t the best pizza in the world, but it was always a safe bet, when you needed food quickly. But I?ve never been so... disappointed before, last 4 times I ordered all times it was really messed up. First 2 times they forgot my garlic sauce andranch, so I quit ordering them. Third time, instead of 2L Diet Coke I got 20oz of regular. Today my pizza came completely uncut.Seriously guys, you should fix the issue. Also, all 4 times my pizza was cold. Because I live in the apartment building andleave the message to call or text when here, I also sign up through app to be notified when 2 mins out.
