My husband & I weren't sure we wanted to order from Domino's because of past issues; however last night we ordered dinner,... Chicken Carbonara and a Marbled Cookie Brownie. Ordering online was easy. From Dominos.com .We were pleasantly surprised thatour food arrived on time and was still hot. The whole order was there and tasted good. The cookie was so warm and gooey, justlike right out of your own oven. The driver was friendly. It was a very good experience. So we decided to order lunch today.Ordering online was easy again. The Pasta Primavera and Bread Twists with dip arrived hot and was tasty. The driver was sevenminutes late but friendly, (we forgot her tip). It looks like Dominos being under new management is really working. We will beordering again and if you want something yummy with great service give them a try. Read more
After an hour for 25-40 min eta no answer from Penn hills Frankstown store that I ordered from. Ordered from this store online... and somehow comes up as Monroeville store. Called Monroeville store on northern pike and no answer. Looked at bill and seethat every sauce I ordered was an extra charge. Should have known that even though it should make you aware when addinginstead of sticker shock when I saw the bill afterwards. NO ANSWER AT TWO STORES. NOW it says my order is being qualitychecked since over an hour ago. Read more
After a great experience with Domino?s Mexico, we decided to give the North American stores another chance, in particular this... one close to my house. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. It took almost one hour and thirty minutes for the order toarrive (the original ETA was 45 minutes). For some reason, the driver was late. The pizzas were fine, but for the price we paid,we get better customer service experience and delivery at Blaze Pizza in Monroeville. Read more
Decided to give this store another shot after repeated terrible issues. Thought maybe a year would be enough time for them to... maybe make some changes but man was I wrong. Avoid this store at all costs. Domino's should be ashamed to have these owners as apart of their franchise name. Read more
YUUM! I bought a last minute meal, big order during Christmas Eve via Dominos App. Got things ready quick, but when I texted... them to confirm i am present in the parking lot and flashed my hazardous lights to have my food delivered to my trunk nobodycame lol. I went inside and the lead staff verified my order-- they got things ready as soon as possible. Every management isdifferent and I like this one this year. They were very busy. FOOD is delicious!! especially the crispy crunchy chicken, thebread bowl alfredo chicken is great my brother ate it all, my dad loooved the steak hoagie, I love myyy large caesar salad, andthe kids and mom enjoyed the customized pizza. safe dinner night during covid season with full stomachs waiting for christmasday (excuse the photos, we devoured them before taking nice pictures. I just called them and the women who answered the phone immediately just yells were closed. No hi no how are you, no hi this is... Dominoes nothing. She could have been nicer and said hey sorry were closed but instead she chose to yell were closed and when Isaid okay thank you just yelled more hello were closed. The store says they close at 12am its only 8:08, but okay will never tryto oder from here again. Read more
