Driver never came to our door. Called from an out of state number. Never got our pizza. Called about it and worker hung up on... me. Then would not answer the phone when I called back. Had to call from another number and they answered second ring. Read more
This is a rubbish pizza place! The pizzas were burnt and toppings were not fresh. They do not care if we customize the toppings.... We found pasta in our pizza as well. Totally waste of time and money! Read more
I was a patient at UPMC on the cardiac unit.. one of them. I wanted to thank my nurses by buying them a pizza actually a couple.... We had a little bit of a communication problem between myself and Domino's. For some reason when the driver got to the hospitalhe couldn't get through to my phone and it took a while but we worked it out. Several days later. Maybe even the next day, Iordered the same exact items and the person on the other end of the phone told me that his driver is a good driver and a niceguy and I didn't know what that meant, butI was soon to find out. The same exact two pizzas were $10 more than the first two. Ithought they were $7.99 a piece turned out he charged me $16.99 a piece and then asked me if I wanted to give the driver a dipso I threw him $5. To make a long story short they had an issue delivering the pizza the first time to a hard-working cardiacunit that was a little busy at first but we got someone down to get the first two pizzas. From my perspective, it just lookslike they overcharged me for the pizzas because of the problems that they had the first time. So they decided to gouge me out ofan extra $20. But let me tell you what.. all the workers on 4D at UPMC deserved it and I would buy it again and again but notfrom this Domino's. Read more
Consistently terrible service. I?ve ordered from other dominos locations and always receive my order in a timely manner. I... placed my order at 5:50, according to the tracker my driver left dominos at 6:10, it is 7:30 and still no sign of my food. Notonly that, but I?ve called the store several times to no avail.
