This location put jalapeño peppers on the Italian sandwich rather then banana peppers as described in the menu and online. I... called to complain and was hung up on. I called back and was offered a discount on a FUTURE order. This difference in peppercould kill someone who is allergic. ????My Wife & I had NEVER visited or called a DOMINO'S Pizza location until this past Friday 10-28-22. We NEVER tasted a slice... of Their pizza before, but now Shaler has a "DOMINO'S PIZZA" on Route 8. The pizza We ordered was a large cheese & pepperoni &it was GREAT. I was placing an online order because I wanted the buy any 2 for carryout and pay $5.99 deal. I tried several times on the... computer and thru the app, but every time I would get to the point to pay the total was showing that I was paying $6.99 a pizza.I call the new store in Shaler and explained the issue and the nice gentleman on the phone told me to go ahead and place theorder and choose to pay in store and that when I come to pick up the order and pay, that he would adjust my total. When Iarrived and he told me my total and I explained the issue and showed him my email confirmation and he refused to adjust thetotal. I told him that he could just keep the pizza and he said absolutely not that I had to pay for it. Thankfully he gave me areceipt and I have my email because I going to keep pushing my issue thru headquarters until I get my adjustment or they changetheir internet advertisement. The pizza was decent. Lava cakes were great. Stuffed cheesy bread was good. It was pretty good.
Honestly, this place is not gonna last long. We order our food and ended up getting the wrong order, we called and they said... that they would be here in a few minutes, we live very close and it took 2 and a half hours, unexcusable we will not be orderingfrom them again. Read more
