We never ordered here and after reading the reviews we figured we would give it a try! The pizza was great right down to the... sauce, cheese and dough. I don't know if the cheese slid off or part of the pie was not well dressed with cheese but it didn'tdetract from the pizza. Things happen. All in all, we will order again! Read more
Excellent food, fresh dough, good sauce, fast and friendly service! We got a kids meal (2 plain slices with cookie and drink)... and two lunch specials, (2 plain slices, side salad and drink; 1/2 italian sub with fries, and drink). Read more
Meh.... It was edible ...it was a local business... The staff were friendly but this pizza wasn't exciting. It was oily and just... packed flavor in the sauce. They did at least have a nice selection of toppings that we're fresh and a nice selection of sodasto choose from. Read more
This is some of the best pizza in Pittsburgh. The dough is sweet (possibly made with cream soda?) and light making for a nice... chew when baked. The crust is crunchy outside with a pleasing, bready, warm inside. The sauce is a bit sweet as well and theyput a good amount of cheese on the pie. This is critical! So many pizza places fail to put enough cheese on the pie. I?ve neverhad a bad slice from here and the staff are always friendly, polite and quick; I stop here regularly (3-5 visits per month) sothis consistency is amazing. Been ordering there for years and have always loved their food. I?m a fan of the rigatoni but of course the pizza is great too.... You absolutely cannot beat their specials. It makes eating out possible for larger families. Love Dante?s! Read more
