We frequent Dunkin quite often. I have nothing negative to share about this visit as the workers were kind on this day, our... order was correct, and in addition to my regular ordered items (the egg white and veggie bites are TO DIE FOR FYI!)Itried/ordered a lightly iced coffee with the new Butter cookie flavor and cold brew foam and cookie pieces on top added heavyoatmilk and 3 sugars. Coffee is the only thing I like a little sweet.. I feel like the cookie butter is sweet but not to anextreme. I would TOTALLY recommend trying it!! Also my Mom tried the new toasted white chocolate and swore it was giving offcoconut vibes for those who love coconut. Read more
What's the point in ordering ahead if I show up and your lobby is closed when I've been there before and I've seen people come... in and out of there. I order ahead and i still have to wait in line with 10 cars ahead of me ???? Read more
One of the best places to get coffee around. Once you become a regular they get to know you by name & get your order quickly!... Manager is extremely nice as well as the crew. There is a wait sometimes in the evening but I am never in a hurry so I don?tmind a 10 minute wait for my coffee ! My order is almost never made wrong and if it is for any reason they accommodate you andfix it! :) Read more

It would be fantastic to go to a coffee shop tell them what you want, and actually get wat you ordered. That is never the case... here. Even if you explain every ingredient to them, you will never get a consistent drink. It?s very sad, very very sad, I haveto come home from working all day, just to remake my coffee. No customer in the store, noone waited on me or noticed me there, the employees acted like I was bothering them. Most choices of... donuts were sold out. Don't think I'll be back Oakmont Bakery is the better choice. Read more
I wanted to eat at Dunkin donuts for a breakfast sandwich hash browns and hot tea today. I had to send back which I was told to... throw away the hash browns because they were burnt and cold. I waited 8 or 10 minutes for new ones. And they were cold too. Ishould have asked for my money back but I didn't. The sandwich was ok but was too big to put into my mouth. I asked for them tocut it in half for me but was told they don't have knives. The one clerk that waited on me gave me a plastic knife and fork. Shewas very kind and friendly. My sandwich and hot tea and a donut was the only things that I had at Dunkin donuts. I probablywon't be going back there for a while. I'll be going to a different place for breakfast. Dunkin's it ok for donuts but not forbreakfast. I do not Recommended for breakfast at all. Read more
Donuts were so hard. Munchkins we're like golf balls they were so hard. Had no variety out of alot. Prices were too high... 12.99 for a dozen. I will use local donut place prices, customer service and donuts are better.. I wanted cinnamon girl said wedon't make cinnamon....really! Read more
