I really like the coffee here. All black so I can test the richness of the coffee. The service is excellent!
Service ok but not a large variety of donuts, go figure, only a few basic types. They dont stay fresh also. But overall its ok.
I'm really here to comment on one employee specifically I believe his name is john/jon or he usually works at the forest hills... location. He is a great employee and person and not only that he speeds up the stores service times. Thank you sir for doingyour job great everyday the rest of the staff here is good as well. I love it there. It's a great place to get your food and chill. My only complaint is there can be a bit of a wait when busy.
They always get my order right! The line is always long, but you never wait long. I enjoy their new veggie egg bites. Their... coffee works very well for me. I get a small and it keeps me up all day. I'm not a big donut person, but every now and then Iwill get a chocolate frosted donut. No sprinkles. LOL I mainly get their bagel and cream cheese. It's always worth the money! If I could give less then 1 star and leave a review I would. This Dunkin will not get my money anymore. They focus on online... orders before in person customers get their orders. They make drinks horribly. They are slow and it's just the worse Dunkin I'veever been to. Today I got my regular drink and literally threw it in the garbage. I'll never buy anything out of this Dunkinever again... Read more
I don't know if it's only this Dunkin location or if they are all doing this but what has happened to the glazed donuts or any... donut that should have glaze on it? There's either no glaze or very thin glaze with no taste. Dunkin used to have glaze that youcould see with your eyes. At this location I don't know who's doing the glazing but it's awful. It's the same way with thefrosted donuts. They put the minimum amount of icing on their donuts. It's ridiculous. Read more
