This place SUCKS. They cannot manage to get anything right, EVER. The coffee always tastes terrible and the wait is always... ridiculously long. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the closest Dunkin to my house, and I drive to a further one EVERYSINGLE day bc using more gas is worth it to not have them not ruin my drink/morning. Would NOT recommend? definitely find adifferent Dunkin and go there, you?ll be glad you did. Read more
I miss the drive thru crew from last year (a woman and a man on weekdays early morning). They had your order out the window even... before you tried to pay. They were very prompt and really nice. Now when you pull up to place your order you can wait 5-10 minbefore someone says they can help you. Additionally the order still isn?t ready. No more Dunkin runs for me in the AM. Read more
Nessa Waited on myself and my son and was incredibly nice. The order was prompt. But not only that , she really took care of us... ! If she's not already the manager or assistant manager. She is the kind of person that you want running your business..Extremely professional very sweet ! I usually go to the West Liberty Avenue store. The lady working the drive thru today was really rude to everyone. (Black hair) I could hear her being very unpleasant to the... cars in front of me too. I felt bad for the coworkers. When I got my drink that I waited 20 minutes for (iced latte) it cameout looking like milk. Normally I would have asked for them to remake it, but I didn?t want to have to deal with her beingnasty. I?ve been coming to this Dunkin a few times a week since it opened. I usually come during the week between 8-10 am and on the... weekends a little later, anywhere from 9-12. The weekday crew is outstanding! Quick, efficient, friendly, my order is correctand tastes good. The person with the fire acrylic nails is my favorite. If I were just rating those visits, five stars. Howeverthere is someone who started there recently who takes orders that should absolutely not be taking orders. She is typically therelater in the morning and you can barely hear her. She asks for your order but doesn?t type it in so you can?t see until you payand get your receipt that she messed it up (probably because she?s half listening and DOESN?T TYPE IT IN AS YOU SAY IT like whatis she doing???). Or if you are so lucky that she?s also working the window you don?t even get your receipt or know your totalshe just silently swipes your card and hands things to you. She needs to switch to a different spot because order taking iseither not her strength or she doesn?t care enough to do it correctly, which either way is frustrating! Read more
It?s hit or miss. During the week in the morning the lady with long dark hair is amazing and super nice. Also the man with the... cutest nails done is also very nice. Weekend is awful. They are always out of everything before 9am, never have enough staff andfood is not good. Also huge pot hole at the entrance that is awful and needs fixed. Overall it?s a convenient location and spotto just drive thru. Update: my 3 stars went to 1. Last two days have been awful. I go to this place every day and now Iprobably won?t be back. Yesterday on a busy Saturday they were closed because the manager didn?t show up. And now today I wait20min to get to the window and their scanner is broke. You would think they should of said something when you ordered if theform of payment most people use is broke?! So the lady goes I?m sorry and I don?t have Apple Pay or any other payment and nowI?m left with nothing. This location has gone downhill fast. Super speedy and friendly service. This Dunkin? is a stellar addition to Banksville Road, especially how smartly the flow of... traffic was designed in and out. I?m sure it will still get packed and backed up during the morning commute to work, but itseemed to have enough space to accommodate better than most drive-thrus. Read more
I?ve gone to this location multiple times, and each time the person who takes my order and gives me my food has been super rude.... This last time I ordered simple an ice mocha latte, and she even said it back to me, and when she gave me my drink I was like isthis and I smoke a lot and she?s like no I thought you said French vanilla. And I said no ice mocha latte and she took it for meand she had an attitude when she gave me my drink I said thank you and she just walked away.
