Things were a little slow in the kitchen as they were short staffed (who isn't?). But the waitress was nice and kept refilling... drinks while those of us who got the salad bar kept the young ones happy. Another Pittsburgh staple. Miss the green and white dresses but hey, the food is great. I'm a breakfast guy, it's always... solid. Salad bar slays and has best Ranch dressing ever. My daughter's Philly Cheese Steak rivaled almost anywhere. Of coursethe grilled stickies amaze, and who doesn't love a smilie cookie. I visited this location with three others, and the food was good. The server was a little overworked and had to rush which... caused her to forget some items from the order. However, she was quick with resolving the issue. The grits were cold and notprepared as ordered. Again, it was not on the server as she entered the order as requested. It was an error in the kitchen.Overall, the service was good, but there could be some improvements in the kitchen. Read more

Long wait time to get seated. Girls were so annoying up at the podium. Just all the giggling and just ya....being annoying. Our... waitress KARIN was awesome. Very very friendly and a very hard worker. Salad bar was good. Freshest green lettuce I've had atan Eat N Park but lots of the other stuff others have to top the salad, they didn't. Onions and peppers weren't chopped up likeI'm used to which was rough because who wants a mouthful of raw onion. Clam Chowder was outstanding. I had three bowls.Haha! Sweet tea, this Kansas girl approves. I love the look of this outdated restaurant. Feels good inside.
