Oof, the food was good but don't order pickup online (via Google or their website). It took 50 minutes, they made a mistake,... then another 6 minutes. Nearly an hour after I ordered, I got my food. Saw many people come in, order, get their food, eat it,and leave before my food was ready. I wasn't alone either, unfortunately. I also didn't get a confirmation that my order wasreceived right away, I had to check if we were still good to go after 15 minutes. If I ever order pickup again here and theservice is fast and smooth, I'll make sure to update this review. Read more
I used to eat here several times per week when I worked in Oakland. The sweet bean hummus sandwich and pineapple burger were my... favorite. They also had delicious soups (tomato basil feta!) and homemade desserts. As the name suggests, the menu really isvery creative and unique. I miss this place! Read more
I ordered a boxed lunch through my work for students on campus and was beyond impressed with the service! Lisa (the owner) was... incredibly helpful at being accommodating and so excellent with communication (esp. flexibility with the order given a few lastminute changes). I have never eaten here before and had just ordered lunch for my office. Everyone thought it was really good! I loved it and... they made things so much easier by labeling our lunches. Thank you so much we will be ordering again!!! *update* I ordered lunchfor my office again and called to ask them to label the food items as they did before, I did put peoples names in the commentsand they took the extra time to label everyone's name and it was so nice and easy for us since we had such a large order! lasttime I got the summer sandwich and it was really good, today I got their veggie panini and its great and I also love theirtomato soup!!! thank you! Have to dock a star because my friend asked for one type of soup and got another. My other friend also had to repeat her order 5... times. But otherwise. As usual, my sandwich was all i could ever dream of and the soup was great. Read more
Food is generally quite good with lots of veg options, and they accept CMU Dinex. The wait can sometimes be a while and the... selection of soups and sandwiches can be limited if you're not in the mood to eat vegan/health food. Read more
