Finding this place is a task, so I should mention it's actually on Eighteenth Street to the right. Located in The Pennsylvania... Market (18th Street entrance is outdoor seating area where Edgar's is located, a pizza shop, & some type of Bar. 19th Entranceis indoor shops & etc). Edgar's best entrance is right next to The Jerky Experience shop. This place is truly a hidden GEM! GladI took the time to finally check it out! Holy Guacamole! What a DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE! Edgar is the sweetest Man! So bubbly &smiley, His energy is infectious! Food is authentic, light & refreshing! Taco shells are grilled to perfection all ingredientsseasoned just right! Homemade sauces & salsas! Spicy Guac is on point! Tried His Watermelon Fresca it was sheer bliss to Mytaste buds! Read more

Can't say enough good things about this place. As soon as we entered the door we were greeted with a welcoming smile and a... cheerful "Hola". Food was served quickly which we were happy about because we were starving after a long bike ride from SouthSide to the Strip. Dug into and quickly devoured four tasty Mexican-style tacos. Two were chicken tacos and two were carneasada. They were all out of this world! Will definitely return. Read more
I loved Edgar's as a taco truck and I'm so excited they got their own place! I wish I didn't live so far away from them or I'd... be there everyday. Their food is authentic and delicious.
