I have heard of this place before but never got anything since I'm not much of a breakfast person. Today I went and got a box... of bagels for an interview I have scheduled today......HOLY BALLS! I got a Spinach Florentine bagel and it's by far the BESTbagel I have ever eaten in my life. This reviews is solely based on the service. I stopped by this location for a purchase. My coffee was cold which I actually... didn?t mind, I intended on drinking it none the less, but let the gentleman who rang me up know just for anyone else who cameafter me. A female employee came up to me to ask what was going on and began to berate me and insult me to the point of bringingme to tears. She yelled at me that she was not going to make fresh coffee just for me (I wasn?t asking them to). The two otheremployees there were kind and respectful and kept trying to de-escalate her confrontational attitude and apologize. I even hadother customers come up to me to try and console me and offer words of comfort because they what I went through. Read more
