Small, local bar. Plenty of TVs, good selection of domestic beers but lacking in craft beers. Had 6 taps, rest were bottles and... cans. They did have Rusty Rail's Fog Monster, an NEIPA. Beers were served in ice cold glasses, and the bartender / server wasvery nice. Read more
Another place I go to when I'm back in town. Most recent visit I learned they did breakfast on Saturday mornings. We gave it a... try, and we were not disappointed at all. The portions and price were spot on. We got a couple bloody marys to help eith themight before, they were awesome. Will always show my face here when I visit. Read more
I and my friend walked into this bar looking for an easy beer. The staff was extremely friendly and most of the patrons were.... One man proceeded to verbally asssult my friend and I in a manner you would see in an online chatroom (attacking the choices andappearance of his mother). He was around 70 years old. The patrons defended him as if he was their own and so i just wanteveryone to know that this is not a public bar. It feels like everyone there knows each other and they do not welcome outsiders.The staff really helpful after the inicident and i do not hold anything against those wonderful people, but be aware....if youwalk into this door, the people are not afriad to hit below the belt. Absolutely terrible experience after sitting there for 10 minutes with my ID and money on the counter I never saw a bartender or... was never asked what I would like to drink probably because the 8 loud regular drunk idiots sitting at the bar were probablymaking too much noise for her in the kitchen to hear me when I grab my ID and money and proceeded to leave the drunk idiots madea comment asking why I was leaving so I told him it was because I have not been served yet and he started telling me that I needto speak up I told him that that is not right in that is not how a bar should run then all 8 started yelling at me telling me toget out of here and I'm not welcome anyways I will never go back in here I will never spend another dollar there absolutelyterrible telling everyone I know to stay away. The owner should do something about what I can only assume is his drunk regularfriends sitting at the bar. Read more
