These ricotta lemon pancakes were very dry. I have had them before and they were moist. I tried to moisten them with syrup but... it was too sicky sweet. I think they also forgot to add a little salt to the mix. These are really basic baking/cooking things.Bad quality overall. I am disappointed. Read more

We love the Kale tonic juice & order it every time we visit. There is typically a wait on Sunday morning so download the App &... reserve your time up to a half hour beforehand. You may still have to wait a bit, but better to do this than not. You willstill need to check in once you arrive. I like the avacado toast and cheesy grits. The food is consistantly good. Was not fond of being seated at the middle table of 3 with a shared long booth that went the length of 3 separate tables and... honestly, 2½ years ago, I wouldn't have cared. Nowadays, trust in people and their wellness is always something at theforefront of concerns. Had there been more than 10-12 inches of room between the tables so it was more easily accessible, itwould've been okay cause I'm not that worried but do have slight concerns. I had to really squeeze to get in and gettingout. However, the food was delicious! The regular side of bacon was amazing and certainly is the best bacon ice ever had at arestaurant. My boyfriend loved the Million Dollar Bacon, too! He had the turkey sausage gravy and biscuit, I had the Parma HashSkillet and it was all so delicious! We will definitely be back again soon! Wait times are always pretty long. I ordered the short rib hash. It was...ok... the short rib was tender and flavorful, the... potatoes were under seasoned and bland. The cheese curds were very good. The coffee is pretty good. Price isn't horrible. Read more
My first visit to First Watch. A long wait on a Sunday morning, but short waits are for places that are lousy. I love the... atmosphere here, although the outer room we sat is was a bit chilly. The food was outstanding! We dove in to eat so quicklythat I forgot to take pictures. The lemon ricotta pancakes are amazing and the short rib poutine hash is different anddelicious. They have a decent sized menu and I look forward to trying more things. Read more

I really like the combination of flavors, and it is a healthy choice. The components compliment each other perfectly. ThePico de Gallo was a little watery, but it was pretty tasty. First Watch never lets me down. As always my food and drink was good. However, I was a little disappointed today. I tried the... Hacienda Hash! Little to no chorizo at all.
