Burgers were tasty, we ordered a cheeseburger that came with 2 patties, cheese, our choice of condiments and vegetables. Ordered... online, which is supposed to make things easier, I still had to wait quite a few minutes, due to some confusion with the cooks. Read more
This location has terrible service. They all stand around acting like they don?t see you standing at the pickup section. You can... wait the recommended 10 minutes and your order still won?t be done when you get there (even when you don?t order fries). Iordered a milkshake with mix ins and when I got there she said they were out of one of the mix ins?.then maybe don?t let theorder go through if you?re out of something ? Then when I get the shake there?s no whipped cream on it. I ask her if they wereout too and she says ?no, it just wasn?t on the ticket.? I went back online and there literally isn?t even an option for whippedcream on the milkshakes but I?ve never NOT gotten it when I order. To top it off the burger Patty was not cooked all the waythrough. I?ve never seen such a thing in all of my years of eating five guys. There?s just too much going on at this location.This location and downtown are both pretty terrible if we?re being honest, but I haven?t been downtown in years (for thatreason) so they may have improved. If you order online, make sure you tell them when you arrive! They want your fries and milkshakes to be fresh so they won't be... ready when you get there. Read more

I frequent this five guys pretty often, and felt compelled to leave a positive review today because it's always a great... experience with the staff, but today, in particular I could tell that they were very overwhelmed by orders. Orders. That placemy order online like I typically do and when I came to pick it up I realized that not only did they have a line for people whowould coming in to order. But they also had a line for people who were picking up for online orders and service orders. I thinkanyone in this situation would be very irritable and overwhelmed, but the staff was working very diligently to fulfill everyorder in a timely manner and they were apologizing for the wait which wasn't even that long. I think just watching their workethic really made me appreciate the effort they were putting in to making sure that we got good service and good food. We went in 10 minutes before closing. The cashier was super helpful and patient. She had a smile on her face the whole time... whilst helping me. The young mad bagging my order was also very friendly and smiley. Read more
I always go to this place for quick dinner. The people there are always fast, whether I place an order ahead of time or walk in.... They are a little lite on the extra fry dump, but with inflation- I get it. The food is still fantastic and they now makemilkshakes. Read more
