This was my 1st time visiting Grant Street Tavern. I came after my jury service time was over at the Allegheny County... Courthouse. The service was excellent and the person waiting on me was very welcoming. I ate the Taco Wrap with Nacho Chips andSalsa special. The atmosphere was electric. Grant Street Tavern is a great place to eat, drink, and hangout during lunchtime andafter work. Read more

Beautiful, antique bar from when building was originally built (circa 1936). Great place, as long as you know what to expect:... happy hour drinks, snacks in beautiful atmosphere. It is important to know that it does not serve dinner (it does serve lunchfrom 11am-2 pm) nor does it have beer on draft (bottles only). However, snacks are provided and staff are friendly and helpfulfor finding other locations to eat if you missed lunch. Prefers cash but $10 min for card. Laid back and in a central locationbetween First Street and Steel Station metros. Read more

Super friendly staff and bartenders. Great atmosphere and decor. A gem hidden in the city of Pittsburgh for those looking for a... great place to stop for a happy hour or lunch. They have a limited menu but the Italian hoagie was delicious. The specialslooked amazing as well. Read more

Nice quaint bar. Kind of reminds me of an Ireland pub. Prices were a little high, but to be expected at a bar in town. You have... to watch your step walking around, floors are a little uneven, and it's a little dark inside. Overall, I would definitely goback. Read more

I had been here couple of times. Once after office party and for a team lunch. Women owned and operated place. I should say the... waitress and the conversations are always fun makes you feel that you are in friends place for a drink. Small space but nice andcozy. Book your table if you are going as a big group. They do host small parties. The drink prices aren't too high and thequantity is good too. Free popcorn and chips served in the evening with drinks. Lunch options were good Soups, Hoagie's, saladsand sandwiches. I would highly recommend this place. Read more
