This place used to be good but now it?s absolutely garbage. The chicken came soggy and they put the banana pudding (COLD) in the... bag with the HOT chicken. On top of that the pudding is at LEAST a week old and they don?t pay attention to the expiration datesbecause the vanilla wafers on top we?re delivered to me so hard and old they were just crusty and tasted awful. We just pulled in there, it is 9:44. It says it?s suppose to be open until 11 so it says. My husband says he always tries to go... there but it?s never open. I?m not sure what that is about. I have been eating here for over 15 years. I went there the other day and had my first bad experience. I think they might be... under new management. They changed the French Fries, they used to have the best fries now they are nasty. The cat fish nuggettaste like they used a new recipe that I am not a fan of( it tasted Eggy). To top it all of they gave me old chicken! It was hotbut it was dried out. It taste like they had old chicken, put it back in the fryer to heat it up and gave it to me. Depends on when you go I'm thinking. My first visit was amazing, the jumbo shrimp I had were prob the best I've had in pgh! My... husband also loved the chicken tenders meal, and the small, 4 pieces, is enough for at least 2 meals. Feels closer to a chickenbreast than a tender! My second visit, less than a week later because it was that good, was even better since I removed the'sides' and just went to town on 10 jumbo shrimp for a similar price. Today was completely different, about 10 days since my2nd visit. It's pricey but worth it if you get what you want. Might have been a language barrier but they wouldn't not give methe sides and it seemed way more expensive than what I got the last 2 times. The shrimp was still amazing, they bread on thespot when ordered, but the experience this time is what changed my review that would have been 5 stars to 3. I'll definitely tryagain but it's two strikes and out when it comes to food, even though amazing food, customer service is also extremelyimportant. Good food for a good price. Their fries are amazing, my husband and I can't have enough of them. They use a special homemade... seasoning for their chicken, fish and fries and it taste good. We order food from them every year for the Super Bowl game, andyou can order large quantities of fries and chicken for a party. The restaurant owner and employees work all the time and nevertake vacation, which is pretty sad. Been trying to encourage them to take some time off.
