Food is good but the three stars is really for us third party delivery drivers. I have picked up orders from this restaurant... several times but this time was the first when I was told by an Employee, who acted confused about delivery orders, to hit thedeliver button on my app which is a bit of an annoyance being My car was over two blocks away and Customers are wondering whatthe delay was. If drivers are now required to immediately hit deliver when they pick up food, then better accommodations shouldbe made for more accessible parking. It's not easy picking up a delivery here and we lose money. This employee made me feelshamed like I'm some common thief when all I'm trying to do is my job. Could have been nicer about it. Read more
Very lovely staff. Food was excellent, will definitely return. I ordered the Red Diamond Sushi and was able to ask for the spicy... mango sauce on it. The scallion pancakes (thousand layer pancake) and egg drop soups were great as well the pancake came with abalsamic soy sauce which was a surprisingly good pairing. Read more
SO HELPFUL. We ordered online and when we went to pick up our food they couldn’t find our order on the computer and the food... wasn’t ready. I was annoyed at first but the girl at the bar doing take out said they have been having problems with onlineorders. She quickly put the order in and the food came out really fast. Sushi was pretty bad. Ordered spicy tuna, it was very fishy. We also ordered the tempura sweet potato--it was sweet potato fries... (soggy) and no tempura wrapped in rice with a flavorless sauce. I also really dislike when restaurants put veggie rolls in thesame container as raw fish rolls, which they did. We order other veggies rolls and they just tasted like bad fish. We did notend up eating more than one roll from each roll we ordered, they tasted bad. Definitely, not fresh. Unfortunately, we are takinga loss on the money we spent. I'm not sure how this place has such a high rating. Won't order again from here. Read more
Food is amazing... we really enjoy every dish on the menu there. Lo mein, macaroons and cheese cakes are good to try. Love the... flavors and descent place to go anytime. Overall the food, atmosphere and service (waitress Reema) is very good. Read more
