I actually had a very positive experience at the Dormont location. I moved from North Carolina where we ordered from Jets all... the time and never had an issue. I'm happy to say that this first time since being in PA, ordering from Jets, we were treated tothe same delicious Pizza we were used to. I unlike other reviewers did not have a bad experience. I'm guessing they got theiract together or I caught them on a great day. All in all, great pizza, awesome taste! I'll be going back. Oh as for the burntremarks I saw in another review, I believe you need to ask for light baked to get a regular bake. Just saying, that's how weordered in NC. Take that with a grain of salt. Read more

We ordered a NY style veggie pizza....we strictly asked them to cut with clean knife as we don't eat meat everywhere we eat only... halal meat and ham n pork is considered haram so we take only veggie pizza...we took the pizza went home n after eating 1 sliceI saw a piece of HAM in the pizza....we went back n showed them person on the register took piece of ham n trashed itimmediately n behaved as if its not a big deal....very disappointed with the service Read more
My first time there was awesome. the service was right on point and very pleasant and the pizza ???? and its sauce is off the... hook ???? I had a small vegetarian pizza and chef ????????? salad ???? and it was very filling too ???? when your in the areacheck em out. Oh yeah they got Detroit style pizza too. Read more
Over the past few months I have worked at this establishment in Dormont. I would have to say this is by far the best management... I worked for. I want to give a special thanks to Krysta and Abby you both showed me the ropes of the job. The management reallycare about their employees and will stretch, and bend backwards for you. It?s a great group of people to work with and everydayI enjoyed going in. It definitely didn?t feel like a job but a second home. I will miss you all so much! It?s been a fun rideJets! Detroit style Pizza was great. Service is decent. So we decided to try their thin crust because we were pleased with everything... else but that must be one of the worst pizza we've had from a pizza place. It tasted like a cheap frozen pizza like the twoaren't even made from the same dough. I cannot believe how different the two are. I'm coming back for the Detroit style butstaying away from the thin crust. Read more
WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD! After 2 disaster pizza orders at both Papa John's Pizza and Vocelli (Bridgeville, PA), we decided... to try Jet's Pizza on the recommendation of my niece. I ordered the Detroit Style Deep Dish Pizza with three toppings. Thepizza can be ordered with light cook, regular cook, or well done. I ordered regular cook and the pizza was SO BADLY BURNT THATI COULD HARDLY CHEW IT. I can't imagine what the well done pizza would look like. There was NO SAUCE, NO CHEESE, AND NOTOPPINGS ANYWHERE ON THE PIZZA EXCEPT THE MIDDLE! Some of the outside pieces had nothings on them at all! My pizza doesn'tlook like any of the pizzas that are posted. If you are thinking about trying Jets Pizza, save your money and pick a pizza shopthat takes pride the quality of their pizzas! Read more
Good food, i did enjoy though. Nothing stand-out for a pan, although didn't expect anything upscale. The lower stars are because... of the experience with staff (and our first). My wife picked up our food and the staff were in the back messing around or ontheir phones. She had to ask for service after a few minutes, then had to ask if she had to physically get her own order frombehind the counter, since the employee seemed confused as to why she was there. I assume this isn't the average demeanor there. Read more
