I ordered 3 Italian hoagie and they all had wilted, cooked, and soggy lettuce/tomatoes. I called and no resolution was given.... They told me 10% off my next order but everyone gets 10% off if you order online. I was starving and I'm upset. It took 30minutes through road work to get there. I was served November 31st of 2022. I got my order wrong and went back to let them know that this is not what I ordered the... cashier says this is what you ordered. He was very prideful, I tried to explain what I wanted but he would not let me. He justgave me my money back and said be on your way. The funny thing was I didn't even ask for my money back I just wanted to get whatI wanted to eat. But he wouldn't even let me order. I have been going there since they opened. But this makes me want to changemy mind. Wanted to talk to a manager but again he wouldn't give me the time of day to ask for a manager. Read more
