I ordered 3 Italian hoagie and they all had wilted, cooked, and soggy lettuce/tomatoes. I called and no resolution was given.... They told me 10% off my next order but everyone gets 10% off if you order online. I was starving and I'm upset. It took 30minutes through road work to get there. No one was at the front when I walked it. I just stood there for about 5 minutes, until someone came to the counter to ask what... I wanted. Then, the worker says they stop making single slice pizza at 5pm, even though they're open until 11pm or 12am. Itmakes 0 sense. They didn't have anything ready when I showed up at 8pm. It was all packed away, no dough ready. I'm guessingthey just wanted to close down early, great way to discourage people from coming back. Just say "we stop making food after5pm."???? Read more
I get over $40 in food all the time from here. I got 2 dozen wings and asked for 12 one flavor and the other 12 to be another... flavor and they said no we are not doing that. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service as a regular there. Food can begood but it?s like as a customer your paying for what you want. I always tip good to. Amazing pizza! We are enjoying trying different things on the breakfast menu - pictured are the shrimp omelet and French toast... (with blueberries added). These were both wonderful! I used to get pizza from Amir's in Squirrel Hill until it closed - this isthe same owner and he brought his recipe with him! My only complaint is that both times we have dined in the tables and seatscould have been cleaner. Read more
I was served November 31st of 2022. I got my order wrong and went back to let them know that this is not what I ordered the... cashier says this is what you ordered. He was very prideful, I tried to explain what I wanted but he would not let me. He justgave me my money back and said be on your way. The funny thing was I didn't even ask for my money back I just wanted to get whatI wanted to eat. But he wouldn't even let me order. I have been going there since they opened. But this makes me want to changemy mind. Wanted to talk to a manager but again he wouldn't give me the time of day to ask for a manager. Read more
