Chicken hot and only one piece tasted ?off?. Everything else good about food. Inside of building disgusting. Floors greasy... enough to go ice skating, tiny sludge river on floor escaping kitchen. Every table gross and mostly dried on. Bits of food. Myboyfriend slightly traumatized by whatever he found in the mens room. Womens was ok other than the greasy floor. They gave us aplastic bag when we were eating in and don?t have paper towel units. The restaurant closes at 10:30 on a Sunday night. 11-13-22. I arrived at 10:03 and they are sold out of everything. They were... unwilling to make substitutes (because there was a price difference). They were unwilling to make any food items. This is a sadexcuse for a restaurant. There are some people who care about CUSTOMERS and there are others who do not. This is a fine exampleof a restaurant that does not care about customers. Only leaving the restaurant at exactly the time the restaurant closes. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Came to the drive through to order lunch, only to be told, "we do still make that item,... but you can't order it at the drive through. You have to order it on the app and come back." when I asked if they could make itsince I was already there, I was told "no. We don't take orders for that. Order something else or get out of line." So I spent20 minutes in the parking lot on the app trying to get the order to go through. The online chat support only told me to tryagain. If you have an item that you make on the menu, you should have it on all the menus. This was absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Too damn expensive! This food was average, my chicken tenders were okay. A tad over cooked, which means the edges of each tender... was hard. The biscuits were over cooked, the mash potatoes and gravy taste like powdered mash potatoes not real mash potatoesand the cold slaw was tasty. When you spend almost 50 dollars the food should be amazing but I'm finding this to be a patternevery place I go. I ate it but it could have been much better. Read more

We haven't had KFC in a long time. Their newest commercial had me craving the spicy chicken sandwich. They had two kinds,... buffalo and National Hot. I got the National Hot. Let me first say, you get what you see in the commercial. The chicken was NOTlost in the bun. The sauce was hot ???? and deliciously amazing! The staff was patient while we (hubby) looked over the menuboard. We will definitely be back! Read more
The food wasn't that good. We had 2-piece combo and drinks. The chicken was not crispy but watery. The service was average. They... have a place to eat but their restroom is horrible.
