This was the worst kfc meal I've had.The gravy was like water with no flavor, the coleslaw was dry and the biscuits were under... cooked and doughy. Then the sent me cookies instead of the cake and when I called they told me I had to call door dash tocorrect the problem. Why should I have to call door dash when they are the ones who made the mistake. Read more

Ordered 2 Family meals and didn?t receive the chicken tenders for either. We tried to call KFC for a half hour after we got our... food home and we realized their mistake but the line continued to be busy. We called when they opened the next morning and weretold that we couldn?t prove that they didn?t give us the 8 chicken tenders for each of the 2 family meals so they couldn?t helpus. This was by far the worst KFC I've ever ordered from. I spent $55 on small dry chicken Tenders, and dry cold chicken wings. I... just tried these the other day at the Westview KFC and they were so good so I thought I would order both again. NOT even closehorrible and they won't answer the phone to voice my complaint. If I could do no stars I would! This KFC is horrible.
