It was great quality Sushi. Our waitress was a little snippy and rushed is a bit (I was with an elderly client who needed more... time decoding and I thought the waitress was rushing us)because it was lunch time. Nice place though and I might be back. Read more

Good is ok, nothing special but the service is absolutely terrible. Second time at this location, and the food service was bad... both times. Waited 30 minutes to even get a server. Our sushi was sitting at the sushi bar for at least 15 minutes we calledover the manager. Our server would disappear for 30 minutes each time. We sat at the sushi bar thinking we?d get better servicebut a couple sat down after us, ordered, ate and left before we even got our food. Will not be back. Do not recommend for dinein service. It was my first time here and I don?t my choice. Awesome food, great vibe/ambience and the customer service was great too as she... helped us order the food and explaining in detail what it would eventually taste like. As there is construction going on, thelocation is not convenient for parking. There is a parking at the back of the restitution which you can access from the streeton the left. Do I recommend this place? Ofcourse, even though I?m vegetarian, I liked it. For meat lovers, this is the placefor sushi, its their highest grossing food item. Read more

This is my favorite go-to sushi restaurant. Both locations are amazing. I am fully convinced they can?t be beat. I have not had... better sushi anywhere I?ve travelled or lived. To top it off, the customer service matches the quality of the food. Read more

We always enjoy Little Tokyo because it is just a little different but it?s also what you would expect. We both had shrimp but... differently! See pictures for description. Very easy to eat with chopsticks or a fork and just delicious and very digestible. This is a great stop in downtown Mt Lebanon! Full bar too!! Cat wasn?t there but cute photo lol. Read more

We wanted to try something we had not done before and had a hankering for Japanese food. One of our acquaintances suggested that... this place had more than just the standard Japanese Steakhouse offerings, so we checked out the menu, saw that was indeed thecase, and decided to try them out. Being the middle of the week, the place was busy but we were still seated right away. Wethought that would be a good sign. Our waitress showed up right away and asked for a drink order, then came back quickly withwaters. However, the first oddity of the night happened right then. She basically disappeared. We waited for over 30 minutes forher to come back with the one water glass she forgot and to take our order. She was still there, she just managed to constantlyignore our table and turn around and walk the other way every time she passed by. Now, the restaurant was not THAT busy, nor wasit understaffed. Eventually, one of the other waitstaff noticed that we were just sitting there and asked us about it. Wementioned that we were not sure what was going on and she got our waitress to come back. From that point on there was no problemwith the service, but that was odd, and it cost this place on star on this review. The menu does have the standards. But wecame to try other things so we focused on those. We ordered the grilled beef dish, a Udon dish, the Red Snapper soup, and acouple of Sushi rolls since the people who recommended this place raved about it. We also looked over their surprisingly largewine list and ordered a Sake tasting and a bottle of Riesling. Here came the other oddity of the night. The order in which thedishes arrived was perplexing. First came the Miso soup that came with the beef dish and the salad that came with the Udon. Thencame the Red Snapper soup, the Udon itself, and the beef. Only finally did the Sushi arrive. What's with that? We stated that wewere going to share the sushi as the appetizer between us? There goes another star. Now on to Read more

Little tokyo has the best quality of sushi in Pittsburgh. All of the fish is fresh and yummy. We love the discovery roll,... anniversary roll, and the Krissy roll. Their take out service is great! They package everything up in nice to go containers. Read more
