After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, a manager came from the back and rang up my order. She looked like she was... overwhelmed because of not enough help. So that was understandable. I had went there for the MC rib sandwich beforethey discounted it for ever. Why are they taking it away all together? I've always eaten around the Christmas holidays sincethey've first started selling it. Big disappointment!! The sandwich was really good, maybe because I was craving for it thisyear. My husband always warned me to stay away from this McDonald's as the drive thru was known to be slow and the employees were... known to be unfriendly. Well we happened to be in the area and had promised our kid lunch and decided to eat inside. We hadn'teaten inside a McDonald's since before Covid and I'm not sure if we had ever been inside this particular McDonald's before. Thekiosk to order food was broken though we didn't think to look at the other side because we came to find out the other side wasworking along with one more on the other side of the restaurant. The lady who took our order was nice enough, not super friendlybut not rude. She was mostly quiet. We ordered our food and were given a number to place on our table. A different personbrought our food out to us. She made sure my daughter had plenty of dipping sauce for her nuggets. We were very surprised. I sawothers being brought their food by different people and all of them seemed friendly and wanted to make sure that no one neededanything including a manager. The food was good and hot and fresh. My husband was definitely surprised so he gave a new reviewfrom his old one that was a few years old. Based off the dining room experience we would go back. I can't speak for the drivethru. Read more
2018 ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very new, and I like the technology they have in this McDonald's. But let's cut to the chase, I just want... my food in a reasonable time. I waited in line, inside, for 25 minutes for 2 SEC bagels. NO one moved with a sense of urgencyor any attempt to get their orders out in a timely manner. Will not come back here, Burger King is right next door. 2022 EDIT:Service with a smile! Still very busy and definitely not as fast as they could be, but the employees were helpful, polite,professional, and above all they seemed to care! It wasn't bad! My son's happy meal was good, mine was good. But for some reason my husband's was soggy. Just seemed older. But... that's what you get. It's hit or miss. Read more
I haven't been to a McDonald's in forever, so I went with my wife on the way back from a trip. We had been in the car for 5... hours and she wanted a salad. When we got there, they told us they don't serve salads. At all. So we ordered some burgers andnuggets for our nugget, but after waiting behind 3 cars for about 15 minutes before anyone moved, we left. Just overalldisappointed. Read more
Weirdly even though my husband said this place usually forgets something or takes too long, I had a great experience. My food... was hot and fresh and I didn?t feel like it took too long considering the order ahead of me was a big one! There was only 1 drive through lane open, and it too several minutes for someone to take my order. I paid right away, but then I... sat for 10 minutes as the people in front of me got their orders. When I got to the pick up window I was not greeted for about 5minutes, I never saw anyone working or moving during this time. Finally someone gave me my food, they did not greet me norapologize for the wait. They started to walk away when I yelled about my drink, they handed me a half melted frozen coke.
